There are many good repertories available in the market. The best in my opinion is Kents Repertory.
Materia Medica Pura by Hahnemann is the ultimate source. Other good materia medicas are Lectures on Homeopathic Materia Medica by J T Kent, Dictionary of Practical Materia Medica by J.H.Clarke, Clinical Materia Medica by Farington. There are many more books by other authors but I cannot talk about them as I have not read them.
