silent reflux & gerd in 8 week old pls help

My 8 week old has had silent reflux and gerd since birthz The symptoms are:
• Bubbles at the mouth throughout the day
• Snorting/trouble breathing/Phlegm sounds in sinus
• Grinding face into chest/Aggressively rubbing nose/face
• Sudden wake ups sometimes every 5min from swallowing down milk
• Constant swallowing sounds
• Sour breath
• Needs constant soothing/won’t be put down
• Won’t sleep on back, only on our chest
• Generally unhappy baby..

I’ve started giving him Nat Phos 6x 1/2 Tablet diluted in breastmilk after every feed, in total he takes about 3 tablets - I stop at night so I skip 3 feeds with it. I also take one tab after every meal. We started 2 days ago and symptoms don’t seem to be improving…should I keep going? For how long? Any advice would help..thank you!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Forgot to mention he’s almost 14 pounds now..so he eats really well. Maybe too well..

Give Nux Vom 30. One drop in an ounce of water.Give a drop or two of water three to four times. In case you are giving water.

You can have five drops NV in an ounce of water at night .And five tabs of Nat Phos 6x three times a day.Continue giving your child NP as mentioned.

We’ve started giving NV pellets - 2 pellets four times a day along with the Nat Phos..How long should we do this for? It seems he’s better when taking it for a while but reverts back when he misses a dose.

Continue only NP as of now for a week and give feedback after 7 days.
