Potency

In our place, Drs. or pharmacies pour few drops of liquid medicine into small container of globules to use for few days. My question is if it is kept for long time does it potency or consistency will remain in the gloubles or it will evaporate or became useless over the period.
Appreciate advices.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Homeopathic remedies are usually given to the patient in pellets. They are usually about 3mm diameter and they are activated by inserting a few drops which are just sufficient to wet the pellets slightly but not to soak them and thereby make them stick to each other. They are perfectily stable for life and are not affected by the high doses of xrays which are used at airports.

I have recently used a variation in dispensing the remedy by giving it in a 500ml bottle of spring water into which I insert just 2 drops of the remedy or just 3 pellets. A teaspoonful is the dose and this is taken after the bottle is shaken hard to ensure bubbling and seems to make the remedy more effective as it is succussed prior to each dose.
