Blocked Nose

Hello

i have a blocked/runny nose with mild fever. i am also sneezing occassionally. Kindly recommend medicine.

Bryonia 30 five drops three times a day.

In addition Ferrum Phos 6X and Silicea 6X five tabs of each three times a day.

Feedback after 4 days.
