My eight years old asthma/hayfever

Hello, I've justed joined this forum and would really appreciate some advise for my boy of eight years who has suffered from asthma since he was 4 years old. During the winter months he seems to be fine but as soon as it is spring and the pollen is out he starts to sneeze and wheeze. His nose is constantly blocked (always the left nostril) and full of mucus. Then he gets the tickly throat, itchy eyes and after a week or so it starts to affect his chest. Especially at night when his breathing is very heavy thus us having to resort to the ventilator (which we rarely have to use otherwise). I have given him remedies but am not sure whether I am doing it right. I gave him Nat Sulp yeterday which helped but then when he went to bed and fell asleep his chest started to get tight and we had to give him the pump.
Grateful for your speedy advise.

I have prescribed Nat Sulph 6c in the Split dose for Asthma and the response from patients especially those who have suffered from this ailment for years and can be considered chronic has been very favourable. You are advised to read the thread

http://www.abchomeopathy.com/forum2.php/55717

I shall copy my instructions for the use of Nat Sulph 6c below:

Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from your nearest supermarket.
Pour out 50ml
Drop in 3 pellets or 1 drop of liquid Nat Sulph 6c into the 400ml water
Cap the bottle tightly and succuss it 4-6 times by shaking the bottle in your hand to aerate the water.
Pour out 1 teaspoonful of the potentized remedy into half a cup of water from another bottle of the same water and stir it gently.
Sip 1 teaspoonful of the water from the cup just once daily.

You will have to stop all other medication if you wish to start on this therapy.

This remedy should be taken daily for some time in the future and you may like to know that I have many instances of adults who were chronic sufferers from Asthma for many years who do not use the remedy any more after about 4 months on this therapy. Others who were not so chronic react favourably in a few days and only use the remedy if and when necessary.

The remedy that I have used when the patient is having an acute attack ans is straining for breath is Ars Alb 200c. This remedy is taken dry and just 4 globules will suffice for a dose which may only be taken just once daily when the patient is gasping for breath. This usually clears the lungs and opens up the airways in under 20 minutes.

The mother of the 7 year old was for some reason best known to her, reluctant to use this remedy for her son but after over a month on other remedies she use it and the miracle that she had prayed for occurred and her son responded for the first time perhaps in years within a few hours of the first dose.

This is her latest post yesterday:

Dear Malisna
I would like you to try nat sulph on your child and i am sure the default remedy of Joe will work on him.I'll be very honest i was very reluctant to use the remedy at first, infact for a very long time say about 6-7 months i just read various posts. Then finally came fahed's posts where he confirmed his progress on nat sulph ,i even spoke to him over the phone and he was very happy that he was now off all the steroids and asthalin.I don't know why i was so reluctant to try the remedy.I guess the reason was that nobody on the forum had posted anything about this remedy except Fahed. Then in this post itself somebody confirmed it's positive effect on children and that further boosted my confidence and i thought why not.Worse case scenario would be that it would fail. But i kept my hopes up ,did not think negative at all and it started working on him .Now it's all most 10 days without asthma symptoms and no nocturnal coughs.

I would like to tell everbody who has been foll: this case with interest that they should try this remedy and post there response here so that many people and children can benefit from it.

It is my hope that other professional homeopaths will also consider using this remedy for their own patients as the rate of success that I have achieved with this remedy is over 95%. I would emphasize that the precise method that I have detailed for its use must be followed in the event of their using it.

Hello again, thankyou for your response on my earlier query. The ars alb worked a treat. Really pleased with the results. did not have to resort to the pump at all.
Just a bit confused with what to do in preparing the remedy Nat Sulphur, grateful if you could explain again what and how i mix the remedy.
many thanks Sadhana

I am concerned that you are using Ars Alb (200c?) as the sole remedy for your son's Asthma.

Please note that Ars Alb is the remedy that may be used on a SOS basis if and only if he has an attack.

The main remedy to be used is Nat Sulph 6c and you MUST ensure that the instructions which I shall copy below are followed precisely.

Please confirm that you have understood my instructions and that you will use Nat Sulph 6c cin the manner that I have prescribed.

Please note that this is very very important.

If you require any further instructions please contact me by email which you can do by clicking on my name above and this will take you to my email address.

Hiya, Thank you for your advise I seem to be getting confused with the remedies and dosage. Anyhow I have started to give him the Nat Sul receipe daily. You state that he should not have any other medication whilst taking this but I feel that this will be difficult since sometimes he has to resort to the ventilator if nothing else works. For example yesterday the weather over here was very humid and muggy, he came back from school very breathless shoulders raised and chest very tight if i had waited for the remedy to work i feared it would be too late so i resorted to the ventolin. If he has these symptoms as described above do I give him ars 200c please advise.
many thanks

You are advised to read my prescription carefully as to how you should use the Nat Sulph 6c and you will note that I have requested you to give him 4 pellets Ars Alb 200 if your son suffers from an attack of Asthma. This remedy usually eases the attack in about 20 minutes when the patient is able to breathe freely.

I notice that I gave you full instructions on how to use this therapy on May 27 and I presume that you have used it since that time. Please report on your son's response as it is important that you keep in contact with me for instructions at least weekly. Other mothers keep in contact sometimes daily as I am always available on the forum if you post when I receive the automatic email alert. You can read their comments on the 'Asthma' thread and another on '7 year old with Asthma'.
