Dosage of Bryonia 30
I have been prescribed Bryonia 30 by some of the doctors on this forum for chronic neck stiffness.Could not get the reply on my post(Stiff neck+acidity+constipation+fatigue) so started a new topic.
I have bought Bryonia Alba 30 fronm chemist shop,
It is in sollution form.
could you please tell me how much should i take and how many times a day and at what time?
Please also tell for how long should i continue it.

u can take just 1 drop eiether directly on your tongue or mix in a little water
and take it 4 times a day
