Rash on Face

I have a strange rash that has recently presented itself on my face. At first I thought it was just part of my acne problems, but on closer examination, it looks much more like heat rash. They are very small, dry bumps the side of my right cheek, some by my mouth, and a bit along my hairline. It is not at all itchy. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd be glad to hear them.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
A daily dose of Belladonna 6X would solve your problem.

I will obtain Bell 6x Asap. I'm afraid the only Bell I have here at home is 30c and 200c.
