Hi. I have developed a fistula in the urethra.
It's called urethrorectal fistula.
The gas comes from rectum into the urethra. There is air passing while is pee..
There is a lot of pain in urethra.
The dr says there is a connection between colon and urethra.
Is there a treatment to this.
What can I do to heal this internal wound.
Pls help

Something went wrong. I cant see your reply. Good news fro. Today. My orthopedist told me acvording to CT picture that is not exostosis bone typ. Must be something different.

Morning : 120/85 HR 92
Evening: 165/95 HR 102

Some time Normal range

Morning : 120/85 HR 85
Day: 130/86 HR 101

Evening: 145/95 HR:105

After Walking 3km

110/65 HR 80

Good to know its not exostosis, already tried all the remedies under exostosis. Nothing worked in your case, so it seemed a bit odd. I think no more help is needed for now on the issue.

There seems to be no issues with the BP.

Ideal readings 24/7 not possible.

After walking you are getting excellent readings.

Increase distance to 5 kms and see.

Wanted to give you the update on the latest...I think this condition is (hopefully) coming to a close now. At this point, the itching is extremely rare, and the only thing visible besides some scarring from earlier is a slight redness, in limited areas, which is very faint and only appears at night. These are the areas that I overscratched, so Im not so concerned about it. I think at this point its time to stop taking the remedies? Or wait still?

Hello Dr Anuj,
I have decided to go for the D & C surgery for my Uterine Polyps as I do not want to take any risks of getting any bigger disease. I am okay to go for that process.

But I have another problem going on here:
My husband always tries to control me on everything. I can’t do nothing on my own without his permission.
It’s like I need to report him about every single thing. So I tend to argue with him often. I had been an independent woman my whole life and now I can’t tolerate anyone’s nagging.
He has threatened me and my daughter so many times to leave his house. This is happening because I do not have any job right now. I am totally relied on him for everything eventhough I have invested a lot of my savings towards the down payment of this house.
I do not like him controlling me. My personality doesn’t liked to be controlled, no matter what.
I just want to get a suitable job and be strong financially, so he doesn’t treat me like this. He knows that I have nowhere to go to and I can do nothing against him. On the top, the place where I live is a small city and has very limited jobs. So it’s hard to find any suitable one.
All I need now is a confidence on doing everything on my own again.
I am kind of depressed now. My head is congested. I feel so helpless. I don’t know how to react when he says “Get out of my house”. I do not know what are the rights for a wife. I am an educated person but here I feel like I am dumb. I am so stuck in this marriage. I can’t get out and feel free because I do not have a confidence in me anymore. I do not want to seek legal help either yet. I will if it becomes too much. I am being very patient and tolerant in this case so far. I still think running away from this relationship is not a solution for me as our society will not spare me and won’t support a single woman. I have had this experience before already.
I just want to regain my confidence.
My head is congested and I am so stressed out because of the continuous job search and continuous failure.

Hello doc ,
I have been having this particular issue since the last few months. There are few blisters in the cavity of my mouth( the inside of right side cheek). They are relatively painless but I feel discomfort and it pricks. The surface area is dark maroon in colour the size of a small coin, with a few blisters on them . Some days the pricking is more than the other days.

Kindly help
