Is there any homeopathic remedy for this condition? Redness caused by fear/nervousness of actually blushing/flushing. I have read all the posts on Rosacea but most people do not post back with improvements they have had with a remedy. Bellodonna seems a likely remedy but it seems it is more for heat rashes then for redness caused by nervousness.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I would also like to know the answer for this.

Nobody has replied to this does that mean there is no homeopathic remedy for this kind of problem.

I am not a homoeopath, but since there have been no replies about blushing directly yet, nay I make a suggestion?

Why not also look at nervousness and anxiety, because if there is no nervousness or anxiety there will naturally be no blushing. Blushing is a very natural phenomenon. Logically, the problem is actually not blushing itself then but what causes or triggers it (i.e. nerves).

There's nothing more beautiful than a blush. It's when it happens athe wrong moment that unsettles us. This it is the triggering mechanism (nervous system) that is at fault, and not the blushing itself.

Thank you Simonc. You are so wright. It is not blushing that is the main problem, but nervousness. Thanks for bringing this up!

hi in reply to flower 8, i have always been a shy person and it was only til i got older that i started blushing i have suffered for about 2 years and in my case it was anxiety that was making me stressed then i would blush very badly when in situations that i didnt feel comfortable it does help taking homeopathic remdies but u also need to find time to relax. i have been meditating and trying to understand why i blush, i have tried therapy to help with this as i know it can be very depressing. one good thing is for you to visualize yourself in the situations that you blush and instead of seeing yourself blush try to create a picture in your mind of not blushing and the situation going how you would like it to go and then when you get in these situations only think of how you would like it to be, think about you life and how it would go if you didnt blush imagine it in the future and try to create things in your mind that will make you happy that should help with the depression it is hard but i am getting better now with doing all these things. at first it may seem like its not working but keep trying and keep making your thoughts good ones. the homeopathic remedie i am taking at the moment is sepia and it is working just remember that you will get better beleive that you will and it will happen
