Headache Dizziness

Hi please some one help me.
I am having headache on left side with left eye pain. Here are my problems.

1. have neck pain on left side. I get stiff neck as soon as i wake up. When i sit for long hours infront of computer i get neck pain. Get relief after doing some neck stretching exercies.

2. Headache and eye pain both on left side with dizziness. I get both after working hard, exercies and walking for 15 min. I yawn a lot. I need to put wet cloth on my eyes to get some relief. Bexause of this symptom i cant able to concentrate on work.

Please someone help me.

I took CT Scan of brain, x-ray of neck, blood tests. But all are fine.

try Spigelia 30c three times ina day with Mag. PHos 3x 4 tab three times ina d ay for a week and report me it will be continue for long period for permanent cure.

Dr. Sharma could you please tell me how should I take those medicines? Do I need to take both at a time with water? or give some gap between both tablets? Also Do I need to take them with food or without food? 3 times a day means morning, afternoon and night? Thanks for your help.

I dont find Mag. PHos 3X4 tabs online? Does it has any full form like Magnesium Phosphate sth like that? Also Spigelia has 2 names Spigelia Marilandica and Spigelia Anthelmia. Which is the right one.

Please provide me detailed information on how to take these tablets as I never took any homeophathy medicines before.

Then get an ECG of the heart done and check your blood pressure in the normal course.
