Possible Gerd? Always BloatedLove your website! Im a 35yr female, fit, slim & 6 feet tall, with a bloated tummy looking like Im 6 months pregnant (and Im not)!! Use to wake up with a flat tummy & even if I drink 2 glasses of water I'll be bloated straight away. Now tummy not totally flat in the morning & getting worse. Tried chineese herbs for 2 months & red ginseng, liver cleansing diet & has made no difference. Tried eliminating all diary products and wheat & still very bloated. Often get thrush (every 4-6 weeks) and always thirsty, especially at night with a very dry but slimey mouth & often need to go to toilet (number 1's) at night x4 times or so. Always feel very gasy in the stomach. Notice lots of hair falling out. Some tingling on fingers when in bed. Born with enlarged heart, but not enlarged anymore. Off to get NatPhos 6x and arnica 30c tomorrow, as your site suggests, any other suggestions much appreciated please? Im a slim & fit person, and feel very yucky with this big unsexy tummy! Thank you for your great web site :-) hope you can help. Thank you.

It should be interesting to wait for the result of your using these remedies as they are useful when the patient has GERD (Gastro Esophagal Reflux Disease) which you do not seem to have as you did not complain of any heart burn.
I wonder if your bloated tummy is due to fat and if so the Nat Phos 6x will help by reducing it over some time. Dosage is 2 tablets NP taken after 2 meals daily. This should bring down your weight by between 1-2 lbs per week and if you will also actively cooperate by exercising and eating the right foods, it is possible that your tummy can be reduced.
Weigh yourself before you start this therapy and weekly thereafter and record your weight loss on this thread.
