psoriasis of teh palms and soles

my daughter (16)developed one month ago a condition which has been described by a dermatologist as psoriasis of the palms and soles.
It started affectign her palms and soon after her soles. First her skin got hardened and then began to peel off in scales. She has no sores, infection or itch,,just extreme dryness and scaling.
I will now try to give further details as recommended:
1. teh condition is located at both her palms and soles(included back of fingers)
2. teh condition started some days after an ear ache for which she was given antibiotics.(don't know if this is relevant) It was the 3rd of 4th time in her life that she took them. Apart from aspirine 3 or 4 times in her life she has never taken other drugs (classical or homeopathic) or suffered from any particular disease.
her periods are painless.
She never had allergic conditions of any kind, rashes or asthma, but in the winter she suffers from a blocked nose and phlegma

2.She tends to go to sleep late at night and would sleep late in teh mornign when on holidays (needs 10-12 hours' sleep a night if nobody wakes her up)
3. She is not cold in teh winter when she goes outisde and can't stand roll up necks which she reports sort of choke her,but tends to sleep
with heavy pijamas and socks 4. state of mind: she is presently very disturbed, in teh mid of a teenage crisis. She is aggressive and says bad words adn she ascribes it to teh fact that she ahs a constant inner anger taht she can't let out in other ways. She explains this anger as due to her feeling ugly and cannot accept her body and specially face and nose. For this reason she feels rejected , a sort of underdog. Yet she has many friends and is often out with tehm. She says that feeling so ugly is marring her life.
(objectively her nose is not small, but on teh whole she is a quite attractive girl)
She doesnt' like studying but has very good results becasue she has capacities, a strong sense of duty and determination. Yet she is extremely anxious to get good results
5. diet
she is a slim girl and works out regularly. She doesn't want to gain weight.
her diet is not very varied:
she has never tasted or never has: raw vegetables ( apart from carrots and fennels)or cheese of all kinds, coffee, alchol, fizzy drinks, crisps.
she particularly loves chocolate, saffron, rice, milk and cornflakes, carrots and fennels, tuna, olives, salami
She eats very little and has recently cut on junk foods like snacks.
6 treatment
the dermatologist prescribed a cortisone and acid acetilsalicid cream to apply twice daily for 20 days.
if teh condition won't resolve a portion of her skin will have to be tested.
She has been usign the cream for about a week, but discontinuously,,,she forgets to apply it even if reminded of...she is not very worried about her condition..she knows she will take time to pass but doesn't know it is a chronic disease... i'm putting off telling her because that would add to the general state of anxiety and i also naively think that if you have faith something is going to be sorted out,,, well you won't get it chronicized.
i have applied some clay plus yogurt and aspirine to her left hand for 3 days to see if this might be beneficial..too early to know.
Hoewever teh cream prescribed by teh dermatologist doesn't seem to have any dramatic effect and i am sure that homeopathy can help her much more than symptomatic remedies.

I'd be really VERY grateful if someone could tell me detailed instructions about the remedy she should take (name, potency, doses)

Thank you so much for your patience :)

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
start treatment with SULPHUR 10 M.

take one dose after every 30 days. three doses maximum.

one week after taking the first dose of SULPHUR 1M, start on a regular basis HYDROCOTYLE ASIATICA 200C and take it 6 hourly.

you should report after a month.

tahnk you so much for your reply.
Just a some questions about doses
How much is a dose of sulphur 10 M? should it be diluted in water?
how much hydrocotyle asiatica
is to be taken? diluted in water? and how often?i can't understand what six hourly means: Does it mean 6 doses/drops every hour?
thanks in advance for your kind reply:))

if its dry dose, take 4 or 5 pillules directly under the tongue. do not crush.

this makes one dose.

if you buy a wet dose, take 2 to 3 drops in a teaspoon of water.

this makes one dose.

six hourly means one dose ( 2 to 3 drops in some water ) to be taken once in six hours.

that is 4 times a day.

SULPHUR 10M to be taken only once a month.

HYDROCOTYLE A.200C to be taken 4 times a day.

report to me when you notice changes. we have to taper down the dose to 2 a day.

you've really been very kind
thanks so much
I'm waiting to see if her condition improves or clear up by itself (which of course is very unprobable).
If not i will start the theraphy
thanks again:))
