I accidentally found this website yesterday. I've been suffering from dyspepsia (burning in stomach and a bit of heartburn) and after reading your posts I've decided to buy NAT PHOS 6x. Please let me know how many tablets I should take. I plan to buy from a local homeopath store in USA. I'm assuming they will be selling this in the form of tablets. I have taken for Prilosec for 2 weeks. It was good only initially and so I've stopped taking it just from yesterday.

I have another question too. My friend is suffering from pain in the arm and neck. He was diagnosed to have fluid in his spine and they say he needs to undergo a surgery. I'll try to post more details. He live in Chennai-India. Would you please recommend a good homeopath doctor in Chennai?

Your dose of Nat Phos 6x is 2 tablets taken after a meal 3 times daily for a start and twice daily later.

Prilosec is an excuse for treating your condition and is an excellent drug to soon promote GERD (gastro esophagal reflux disease) You have done right by stopping taking it.

I regret that I cannot advise you about your friend in Chennai as I live in Colombo.

From your description of his ailment it appears to me that he is suffering from Cervical Spondylosis which can be helped by Rhus Tox 30c taken twice daily preferably in the wet dose.

Thanks Joe. After I stopped Prilosec I feel a lot better and reading your posts also helped me gain a lot of confidence. No problems now. I'll slowly changing from blant food to normal food in the coming days. I plan to buy NAT PHOS 6X only if the problem comes back.

BTW, I'm still hesitant to start NAT SULPH 6C for daughter. It's also very difficult to convince others in my family as they don't think it's wise to follow consultation over the internet. Hopefully I'll able to convince them.

Please tell me how to begin the nat sulph 6c treatment for my kid. Since she gets wheezing once in a month or two, should I start giving the dose only when the symptoms (coughing and cold) start appearing or should I start right now? In either case when should I stop the dosage? Should I stop once she shows improvement?

Should I be doing the following?

Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from your nearest supermarket.
Pour out 100ml
Drop in 3 pellets or 1 drop of liquid Nat Sulph 6c into the 400ml water
Cap the bottle tightly and succuss it 4-6 times by banging on your palm and look out for the air bubbles to fizzle up from the bottom.
Pour out 1 teaspoonful of the potentized remedy into half a cup of water from another bottle of the same water and stir it gently.
Sip 1 teaspoonful of the water from the cup just once daily.

You will have to stop all other medication if you wish to start on this therapy.

Should I get pellets or liquid nat sulph? Which is better?

How many people (approximately) you think have got cured from Asthma from this treatment? (sorry if this question sounds rude, I'm trying to convince myself).

You have understood my instructions generally and answering your question about how many patients have been cured of their Asthma, I can think of just 3 who do not have to use any drug or remedy any more in Sri Lanka. I do not know how many have used this therapy overseas and have benefited from it.

I hope that you too will be able to help your daughter to be rid of her asthma but it will not be a quick fix by any means but one thing is for sure, she will never want to use the Inhalers and other drugs that you have been giving her in the past.

How exactly have you pioneered this method of administration, when most of us have been applying remedies in this way for countless years? Maybe I am missing something, is there something else to this 'Arnica therapy'?
