Help!!! Infertility cureHi,
Body type : Indian
Diet: Indian diet but takes very less food or small meal. Very wt. conscious
Very sensitive and emotional.
Going thru lot of stress due to infertility because of her family (in-laws).
Diagnosis: Primary infertility with left corneal block and right ovarian cyst.
Operative notes: Diagnostic Hysteroscopy, Falloposcopy and Laparoscopy
1. Cevical canal normal
2. Endometrium pale and smooth
3. Rt. Ostia, scarred.
4. Left ostia, scarred and stenosed.
5. No SOL.
Uterus normal in size and shape, evidence of past inflammation.
P.O.D.free. On right sides tube normal except evidence of past inflammation.Right Ovarian Cyst 6*5 cm.on left side tube and ovary seems to be normal.
Appendix normal. Although there was fluid in POD (post hysteroscopy), but---On Chromopertubation, no spillage on both sides. It was followed by falloposcopy.
On Rt. side, almost normal mucosa.
On Lt. side partial decilliation with intramural debri. Both the tubes had spillage after Cannulation and were flushed with heparine. Rt.ovarian cystectomy performed, haemostasis achieved. After irrigation 1.5 liter of R.L.left in.
Post O.P.: Uneventful.
Specimen: Ovarian cyst was removed on 23/05/2006
Macroscopic: Piece of Wall 3*3*0.3 cms.inner surface smooth with small grayish mass attached to wall.
Microscopic: Wall made up of multiple layers of collagen tissue with sparse haemorrhage inner lining is atrophied & is made up of flattened cells.
Conclusion: Histopathology compatible with the clinical diagnosis of ovarian cyst.
Please suggest a cure.

you are advise to take Borax 10M one dose at early in the morning empty stomach and from next day Folliculinum 3x 1 grain three times in a day for a month and report me.

Will it help in conceiving? How soon (probability)? Any side effect post conception?
