7 yr old with infection, on antibiotics

My 7yo daughter has a infected index finger (she bit off a hangnail, and it got infected). She was on Amox. for 7 days (200mg) and it didn't clear up, so they just upped the dose. Five days later it is not looking better, but now she has a terrible stomach ache and soft stools. I am giving her some acidophilus, but it doesn't seem to be allieviating the stomach symptoms. Any suggestions on remedies for her stomach ache while on antibiotics, and for her infected finger?

try Pulsatilla 200 thrice in ad ay with Mag Phos 6x 4 tab three times in aday
for infection if you want then also be given homoeopathy.

try soaking her finger in hydrogen peroxide 2x daily morn. and night,
then apply tee tree oil and a bandaid.I had same problem and it helped resolve the infection.
