Stomach ulcers

Here's another problem that I need help with. A good friend of mine told me today that she has two stomach ulcers. She is going in for an examination in about a month. She found out about the ulcers at our campus health center, but they can only diagnose and not treat some things. She is 22 years old. She has a history of stomach problems. She is lactose intolerant. For the past year she has been nauseous off and on and vomits occasionally throughout the day. Any amount of alcohol makes her vomit. She is extremely tired even when she has had plenty of sleep.
What can I get for her to help her out before she prescribed medication?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Your friend obviously suffers from GERD (Gastro Esophagal Reflux Disease) and I am indeed surprised that it has struck her at 22 years.

Her remedies are Nat Phos 6x tablets and Arnica 30c in the wet dose.

Nat Phos Dose 3 tablets taken after 3 meals daily. When problem stabilizes which it should do within 15 minutes after the first dose the dosage can be reduced to just 2 tablets 3 times daily in about a week.

Arnica 30c in the wet dose is made up as follows:

Get a 500ml bottle of spring water from your nearest supermarket and insert 3 pellets of the remedy into the bottle. Shake the bottle hard every time before she sips a teaspoonful which is the dose 3 times daily.

She should not eat heavy meals and should abstain from fatty food and should also not sleep for 2 hours after dinner.

Report response on the day after you give her the Nat Phos 6x.

She may not have to visit her doctors in a month as by that time she should hopefully be cured. She will have to use the 2 remedies for as long as she feels that they are helping her.

You might also request her to post directly instead of my having to treat her at second hand.
