SARCOIDOSIS

Dear sir,from last three years i am sufering with a disease called SARCOIDOSIS,main symptoms are fatigue,low grade fever,arthema nodosome on legs etc. please help.

I am currently suffering from only bad cough, and dont have a clue of what medication to use. please email me with something I can really use that is avail in South Africa.
