Will Eup Perf 30 act as preventive? If yes what should be the dose if I get liquid/pill? None in the family has it, but I live pretty close to AIIMS, therefore am willing to take preventive. Please clearly explain the dose and duration of taking medicine. What if I am taking homeopathic medicine for another trouble? Any interactions?

in bhopal My homeopath gave a preventive dose (not named ) for self and kids (1 yr and 3 yr) . i want to take the dose suggeted by u . can i discontinue this and restart with ur suggested dose immidiately or with a gap

Yes it can be given to pregnant women....no known side effects.
She should be kept away from crowded places...coz easiest to pick up viral in such places like markets, festival celebrations in temples etc.

Mishim Bhopal. finish the doses given by your doc. Don't break the cycle.
After a gap of 24 hours you can give one dose of Eup. Perf. 200 and one dose of Rhus Tox 200 every day for 3 days (since some med has been taken already).

Dear Mr. Pankaj,
Thankyou so much for your reply for new born and 10yr old sons.
Just from yester night, wife developed fever with shivering upto 102. today afternoon she also had vomiting. To me it seems viral fever and hope the symptoms do not rise. Her CBC and malayria MP test are done and reports will come by evening.
As a precation I have started giving the two remedies to the sons, i have drops 200 and gave 2 drops to new born and 3 to elder one in spoonful water. Please correct me if wrong.
For wife I just gave Eup. Perf 200. Is Rus tox also to be given to her alternately and please advice how frequent doses she would need.
I would appreciate your early reply.

If somebody has suffered from Dengue earlier, I heard its very dangerous if he gets it the next time.
In such a situation, would you suggest the same remedies & same potency as a prevention against dengue repeat.

Hello Faisal,
In northern India a lot of people are suffering from Dengue and Chickenguniya virals. You ar not far from northern India. Many TV channels from India are giving symptoms of the two viruses.
Also Times of India have a website and i nthe alst 10 days they have carried reports and advertisements making people aware of the viral fevers.
So you can check and see if your wife has indications of the viral.
If so:
Give her Eupatorium Perf. 200 and Rhus Tox 200C every hour in alteration.
After about 10 to 12 hours teh fever will come down and body ache also will be much less. Then you can start giving the meds with a gap of 2 hours.
In 2 to 3 days the patient will feel that the effect of the viral has abated.
Continue the medicine still
but one dose every three hours in alteration.
People have bee nreportign relapses...so med has to be continued for at least 7 to 10 days.
The fever goes away first and the body ache later.

Some percentage of patients are reporting relapses. That is because they stop the meds as soon as the fever comes down and the body ache has receded.
When it comes back second time ...the body is already weak becoz of the first time impact.
Start with Eupatorium Perf. 1M ....three doses in a gap of half hour each.

The best preventive is to avoid getting bitten by the mosquitoes.
Eup.perf is being sold by every homeopathic shop to hordes of people, but, many of those who took it as preventive did get the disease.
If it is that easy to prevent it's spread, the government has to spend just a few paise on each individual, and prevent one and all from getting the disease.
Don't be fooled into beleiving that you are immune to the disease, simply by taking Eup.perf.
More than that if you help the society around you to keep your area clean, that is better than taking Eup.perf.

I have also suggested other meds...like Pyrogenium where fever shoots up abnormally.
I have also said the viral in northern India is showing commonality of symptoms.
Plus ..people who come here for guidance have the whole internet to make cross checks.
Pl examine...'where you are coming from'...before making such comments.

May I also inform you Murthy...which you already know..the Minister for Health, Govt. of India is a allopathic doctor. Dr. Ramdoss....so he is not giving credence to homeopathic possibilities.

I don't know about the inclination of Dr.Ramdoss, but here in A.P. the government itself is conducting camps and distributing Eup.perf free of cost.
Despite that the incidence of disease is rising.

Bandarbabu probably distracted you.
Ther reports for wife came, dr. comfirms it is typical viral fever but not severe to be dengue fever. I believe the symptoms were severe in the beginning, but as per your advice, Eup.perf and rus tox reduced the severity. Wife feels down but says fever not coming as severely now and feels bit better. Sure it was Eup perf.

My mom and brother who had been infected with the chikungunia virus around more than a month ago, still have joint aches and stiffness apart from weakness on exerting on normal things too...they got over their fever and severity of ache by the med prescribed by you...but now what do u suggest.
