Please Help, Blood Pressure Question

I've been attempting to contact Sam the last couple days but have not heard from him, so I'm asking the forum this question.

Sam, advised me to take Aurum Met 200C, 3 doses in a gap of 15 minutes intervals between each dose. For one day only he said. I did this on Saturday and my BP came down significantly that day. Quite low numbers.

But today, it's back up and I wonder if I can do this procedure again for a few days or how much time.

Can anyone give me an answer to this.

I've been dealing with a tremendous family crisis and my BP has gone up too high. My doctor gave me BP samples but I really don't want to get on those drugs.
