Arnica wet dose
I have a question for Joe Livera. If I have used up my bottle of Arnica and want to start a new one what do I do?Do I take the same bottle and fill it up with water so the potency goes higher or do I start again with some pellets of Arnica and then put the water in. In this case the potency will be lowered again, is this right?

You are quite correct that the potency of the second bottle of Arnica will be at a lower potency to the first which you have presumably succussed every time before you sip a teaspoonful.
I recommend that the second bottle is shaken for as long as you can do so to roughly equate the number of times the previous bottle has been succussed.
I realize that this may be somewhat difficult but this is the best that one can do. In any case this is not critical as the Arnica is an amazing remedy in itself and will help you on a daily basis as you may have already discovered. You may like to know that I have taken Arnica 30c nightly for the last 11 years and can testify that it has helped me in many ways at my advanced age of 77 years.
I prefer to use the liquid remedy which is in Ethanol as 2 drops seem to be more powerful in its impact in compatison to 3 pellets in a 500ml bottle of spring water.
