If I find my simillum, how do I know what dose and form to take? Page 2 of 2

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Hi Murthy,
I took Ignatia 30 c 6 month back. It initially work very good then i switch to once a week. but i realised 1 single dose of ignatia was causing palpitation so much i used to wake up in night and also there was no improvement in other symtoms. Due to this reason i'm scared to take Ignatia.
Then i and some others in this forum suggested to take nat mur as its chronic of ignatia.
The main reasom for choosing nat mur was basicaly from haunting bad memories, with many suppressed grief. This is happening from long time.I hope i chose the right remedy.

I apologize, I still don't see an explanation on this thread for why 3 high potency doses in a row, of a remedy which has not been confirmed, is not contrary to Hahnemann's principles of minimum dose and aggravation. I could see maybe doing that later in the treatment AFTER the remedy is confirmed but showed no reaction to an initial single dose. Is there a link to an article that explains more about how this would work? Still learning. Thanks again!

Three consicutive doses is a best method to ensure that if one dose fails other would work. One may fail due to impurity in mouth, purfume in the air etc... With three chances of hit are good.

Hi Daisy,
I think what kuldeep means is 3 dose only for surity ..if you are sure that your mouth is pure ...single dose is enough for the action.
