pigmentation from scars

i am in sheer desperation and have come to you for help regarding my pigmentation from scars from minor keratosis pilaris/folliculits, on my legs, thighs, groin, buttocks
I have alpha thalassemia, soft gums which bleed when brushed,
white flakes on teeth and nails,
hair growth on jaw and breasts and midriff,
slight dandruff,
dry skin, but not irratated,
hard dry skin on hands and feet,
brittle nails and hair which breaks easily,
bad breadth which is caused by diet, which comes from stomach, eat very varied varity of food but not consistant,
strong and dark urine which is yellow greenish orange,
hyper-pigmentation circles of dark under my eyes,
over production of sebum on my face, though no acne,
big pores on my face and pitting,
scars are not painful but are brown and flat, no irratation,
melanconychia on a few nails,
Am 35 years old and been searcing for 15 years for a cure for my delicate skin,
