Child anxiety/bipolar/ODD/ADHD

I have a 12 year old boy. Been diagnosed with adhd originally at 6 . Psychologists disagree and have called it anxiety disorder with oppositional behaviour. Psychiatrists are leaning towards bi-polar. He is very bright. Has problem with controlling anger. Not physical but uses inappropriate language & lack of respect. Impulsive. VERRRRRY stubborn. Some fine motor skill issues. Excellent hearing, doesn't miss a thing. Can be manipulative. Is also the sweetest kid at times. Sad & lonely, possibly depressed. Lots of school failures due to behaviours. Very immature. Bed wetting at times. Loves to be around people, although very shy. Tries to be the clown to gain attention, negative attention. Never been sick as a kid. Has some flatulance issues. Eats everything. Sensitive to labels on clothes, picks at strings. Any suggestions? Been trying allopathic meds past few months as a last resort. Not helping yet. I am trying HYO 200c now , 5 pellets in Am & PM. I have also ordered Baryta Carbonica 200c. We tried a homeopath in Beverly Hills(also a MD degree) 3 years ago who prescribed sepia (I think) and it didn't help. I am not happy with the allopathic meds but kid needs something to help him. He has to be home schooled at present because of condition. I have tried everything under the sun so far and nothing is working. Any advise or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Often one dose is enough to see a change. In classical homeopathy one dose is aplied and then wait. Hyos may be a good choice(that first came to my mind). Stramonium also comes to mind.Remember only one remedy at a time! And the minimum dose to effect a change then stop.

Best wishes

Also remember to look at generalities. That is he hot/chilly, thirsty? What makes him better/worse. These little things are sometimes the most valuable when trying to choose a remedy. Sounds like you arre on the right track with the said remedies.

You should get some good symptoms and modalities and then check online. Take a look at Lachesis as well.
