I am glad you commented and we can await the response from other members about Sulphuric Acid Q.
My gut feeling is that this is concentrated H2SO4.

Thanks to all.

I have started with nux vom Q 10 drops with water two times a day. It seems my husband is more of a nux vom person. Let's hope for the best.

Please let me know if the medicine has to be given before food/after food.

If it fails I will go for Sulphuric Acid Q.

I just wanted to add my experience. After trying many other remedies for desires alcohol and alcohol aggravates, I also tried miasmatic remedies. Perhaps because all these were tried and failed, I decided to forget the symptom of drinking too much and started focusing on why this person was drinking. The person stated they felt as if they were broken and couldn't be fixed. Also, there was a history of hallucinations/visions concerning demons. After addressing the demon issue with Hyosycamus and strammonium, the patient still had no hope for cure and also indicated drinking to prevent from harming others. Several remedies were given to address the anger including staphysagria, also remedies to deal with a desire to be loved and taken care of pulsatilla, phosphorus for being too sensitive to others. Finally, I decided the will was just too weak and he needed sulphur 200c to stimulate more self confidence in his own goodness. I didn't have it so I gave him 200c of sulphuric acid. Almost immediately his desire for alcohol diminished. The case is still ongoing. I would not say cured by any means. This patient has way too many issues. Now, he says he is agoraphobic and has a history of allopathic medications as well which could have caused his anxieties. It could be though that his anxieties and panic attacks were underlying his desire to drink. He has considerable social anxieties.
