Allergic rhinitis

I live in Chicago and am suffering from Allergic rhinitis. This happens during the months of July and August and tapers down as fall approaches.
I get bouts of violent sneezing (15 to 20) at a time which begins with
itchiness in the nose. This is experienced first thing in the morning after I wake up. During and after the sneezing I have itchiness on the roof of my mouth. The discharge from the nose during sneezing is clear and watery. I also experience itchiness in the inside corners of my eyes which get inflamed and red if I rub them. I feel better by splashing my face with cold water and putting cold water into my mouth. This controls my symptoms to a certain extent. I feel the symptoms are worse during warm days than the cold ones. Due to heavy sneezing sometimes my throat also becomes sore. Warm liquids make my throat feel better.

I have identified Sabadilla and Wyethia as possible remedies. Please suggest remedies and dosage.

Thanks,

Amit
