i was busy for the past few days, but now i got some time so i went out to buy the prescribed medicine but i could only find selenium in 30c and 3x or 6x is not available. should i still buy that and alter the dosage?

i actually managed to get 6ch selenium today. my question is that dr sajjad had prescribed 1 tablet thrice a day, but only the pellets were available. So how many pellets should I take thrice a day? Thanks!

I took Selenium 6ch for 10 days. For the last two-three days I was unable to take it as it had finished and I wasnt able to go and get more.
Now I do not know whether this is a result of having not taken the medication for 2-3 days, but on my face there is redness all over and these red patches seem inflamed and raw. They are itchy and sting also.
I had these patches before, but not so many as now they are all over my face. After washing my face, my skin always gets very dry and when I put water or lotion on these dry patches they become similarly red. Also when I have a cold (due to allergy) these red patches often appear and they are more prominent at late hours of night).
Like I said, this problem did exist before, but not so widespread all over my face.
so could it be due to me discontinuing the medicine or is it simply an allergic reaction?

it sound like condones at the tip of the root where the hair folical doesnt look normal
if this is right its got in to your gentics passed from a grandparent
if this is right let me know beause there is only one reason thats causes that but donnot want to say unless it is condones

I am not sure whether it is from my grandparents, but my dad for sure as he is bald and my brother is almost bald too...
however none of my dad's other brothers have any hair loss problem.
also as you read in my case, in addition to the genetic hair loss, i also have a skin/scalp condition, but genetic definitely has played a huge role.

its not the hair loss that bothering me at this stage
the hair follical the root of the hair is that normal or does it have this funny looking jell at the end and a black pin head looking thing

every strand of hair that falls out, has something stuck to the root. rarely its some type of grey/brown flake but mostly its an offwhite/light brown small dot/soft kind of thing at the root.
