weak Memory

Hi Dears and respected
i have weak memory i cannot retain the things for many hours or work.i cannot have the power to combine my ideas in mind.have weak processing of my mind.what ever i try to remember i have to remeber it again and again.
please suggest me a good remedy so that i have good memory and processing of brain.with regards

Dear Shabbir, there is not enough information in your post to suggest a remedy. Those which cover poor memory and intellectual incapacity run into the hundreds, more information is needed.
