Gallbladder

Hi

For about the last week i have been having these pretty severe upper admonial pains near my ribcage. It gets worse after meals, and i feel nautious. Im thinking maybe my gallbladder because my mom sister and aunts had there gallbladders removed. Does anyone have some ideas?

Thank You

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
If you do have gallstones or a family history of them Chelidonium Q is great for dissolving them. It is what Pankaj Varma recommended for me and it worked wonders.

I empathize with your situation. So painful and uncomfortable.

See what else everyone posts.

Left sied or right side of rib cage ??

Nausea or frontal headache that increases with tilting the head forward???

Is there any vomiting or sensation of it??

Are you constipated??

Like "Namaste" has pointed out, have you been diagonised for stones in the bladder ???

Continued dryness of the mouth and lips???

Best,

I'm also having similar pain for the last 3 weeks. Ultrasound doesn't show any stones but HIDA scan shows that the gallbladder's ejection fraction is 10%. Normal is usually above 70%. Doctors use the term "biliary dyskinesia" for this disease.

Symptoms:
Pain on right side below rib cage. No pain in morning...starts as soon as I start my day...gets worse in the afternoon and evenings. May get worse after eating but not always.
No vomiting or nausea so far.

I'm trying Chelidonium 30x 3 times a day for 3 days now but no relief yet.

I'll appreciate any avise.

Pain also radiates to the shoulder blade at the back sometimes, but most of the time it feels like an inflammed organ right at the place of gallbladder.

I've been having this same problem for a few months now, it comes and goes.. the last time i got very jaundiced and couldn't eat or drink for 3 days because it made me nauseous. Almost ended up in the hospital.

I'm currently using digestive enzymes for bigger meals, Milk Thistle, Alfalfa, and Peppermint capsules. Seems to be helping. I am going to try the suggestion about the herb that helps dissolve the stones.

Hope any of this info will help you, i know how painful this is.. i kept thinking i had the flu!! or food poisoning or something.

Take turmeric in empty stomach. Turmeric improves gall bladder movement.
