Sudden Tinnitus From Jet NoiseOn October 7th of this year I was exposed to jet noise for a brief moment and have tinnitus. My tympanogram and audiogram was normal.
No discharge. Intermittent dull pain.
No previous Hx of ear problems. No Hx of diabetes or hypertension. Only brief exposure to jet noise. No medication being taken.
In conversations with MD's they say'It will eventually go away' but symptoms remain.
One MD said that I might have 'tympanitis'.
I look forward to your feedback with great interest. Thank You, Mike
