Dear Nawaz
From the date I contacted you (12/05) with my issue. the symptoms got better. I mean:
the pain and burning are almost over... and there was no more pus from the fistula.
but this date (12/17) I noticed that there was about 2 drops of pus.
I didn't take the calc sulph because the order is taking all these time to accomplish (I live in Bolivia), they told me that it could take until 12/21.
What do you suggest to do then ?
Can I maintain the original advice ? (Please take Calc Sulph 200C, 4 drops mixed into 1/4 cup of mineral water, 1 time a day, for 4 days.)

I am new to this forum. please help me. I'm suffering from Anal Fistula for more than a year.
Doctor recommends surgery. I do not like it as it may not cure or complicate the issue.
42 yr male, one wound near anus. wound is open like tomatoe red with swelling. Faeces is gray and smelling. Motion is mostly normal.

There was an occurrence 5 years back which went off after oral antibiotics. It has reoccurred again and is bothering for last one year

Sometimes pus comes. It is white in color with little blood.
Pain, burning, itching are there constantly. Sometimes, little bleeding. Constipation once in a while.
Uncomfortable to sit straight due to pain. Need to lean over towards right.

Yesterday a tiny drop of light green pus.
I'm feeling rather constipated, but nothing serious
Bleeding is watery
No itching
No burning
Sleep normal (7 hours)
