I mix four drops of medicine in a quarter cup of mineral water and drink slowly (preferably keep under tongue for half a minute). I give 10 or 15 minutes gap between two medicines. Morning and evening 30 mintes before meals. We did not see pus. Only reddish blood. There is no pus now. Wound head is white-ish color though.

Thank you for immediate reply. Pain is there around the wound and can not sit straight but manageable. So far no constipation but some gas is there. Sleep is fine with old day dreams.

Dear Nawaz,
I have another problem bothering for years and thinking we can order all medicines together.

I have nerve pain between my knee and ankle on both legs. The pain is very severe when I run and moderate when I sit for long time (more than 30 minutes). If the nerve is pressed against the bone the pain is very very severe. When the pain comes, I put soft pillow and put some weights or kneel down on a bed for sometime the pain comes down. This prevents me from doing running, jogging or exercise. Applying olive oil before exercise slightly reduces pain.

At age 14, my legs were burnt on fire but thankfully not severely. The white scar turned brown like normal skin.

Please help. I have no problem to wait for anla fistula to cure first and then the leg nerve problem.

There little white pus and blood on the fistula wound. When I squeeze it to check the size, it looks like 2 or 3 peas in size.
Constipation seems to be forming due to this medicine but not a problem. Sleep is disturbed and weird dreams in the last two days.

Hi. I am very worried about what I have. I have never had or maybe never noticed I an abcess. But all of a sudden I found that small pea sized hole right above my anus. It's not painful. I have no fever. Nothing. Just the 2/3 drops of white puss leakage and when I press on it to clean it, then there is one really tiny clear amount of blood. I googled it and looks like a fistula.

Most of them says a surgery need to be done. My concern is the cost and how long it will take if I do the surgery. Is there any other alternative treatment? What's the chance of having it again once cured?

Should I go to see the doctor now? Or I have to wait? Will waiting worsen it? Please help.

Could it result from a cut? Cause I cut myself often when I shave around my anus area and the fistula is exactly on that spot. Location of it is right above the anus.

I have been taking the following per your request from April 10th.

3. Hypericum 200C, as needed for pain

Symptoms update:
Motion mostly twice a day (instead of one), no constipation. Lost about 5 or 6 pounds in 2-3 weeks. The wound is not open in last two days and it is 3 peas in size. Two ago the wound was open and little bit liquid and then little bit blood came.

Again, today morning, wound was open with little bit colourless liquid.

Please advise what medicine to take.
