Four pellets at intervals of 4 hours (total 3 times ) in a day....coz this is 30 c potency.

I got Ignatia Amara 30c and too three doses of 4 pellets after 4 hour interval

How many days should i continue this. Is this for 1 day or 4 days

i read somewhere that a breakup is worse than death
because the person is still around somewhere
normal terms can take up to 18 months to recover
so please take the ignatia
you will get through it quicker

Hi Pankaj,

As per your suggestion, I did take Ignatia. Well in Feb , I was on vacation and i think that helped me a lot and my ED is back to normal but I have noticed that my sperm quantity has reduced.

Only once in a while it will be good but as not as good as before and not consistent too.

Can ypu please provide further insight to it
