biochemic salts problem

i have been taking biochemic salts (cell salts) all 12 of them in a combination..i live in london and nelsons pharmacy sell combination cell salts (all 12 mixed together) in 6x.

i have been taking them for over 2 months now just to maintain general health...is that ok or will this cause problems?

Dear Tommy

Its better if you can skip one week without tissue salts after taking them in the first week. Then you can resume in the third week. This way you won't affect your electrolyte balance.
