Hi John,
I am still on antibiotics. I feel better every day, symptoms are improving.
There are some symptoms on mental level as well, i dont know if its because of nux vomica. I noticed that a day after i took it.
symptoms
-
not that serious, taking everything to the heart, able to talk about problems without getting emot. torn apart
- not that emotionaly unbalanced when i talk to people, i actually enjoyed that
- not that irritable, when i got angry it sort of didnt stay with me long
- much more active , not passive in social situations, more assertive
- i have laught a lot, not that depressed, worried
- i didnt get bored as easily as usuall
- no frustrations
i wasnt sure until today if its just coincidence. but my boyfriend told me that a look happier than usually.

if haven't already , then start daily use of probiotic supplementation---(udo's choice super 5)or eqivalent
also attempt to wean/remove yourself from antubiotic use--

I have found only Udos choice ultimate oil blend or beyond greens in australia.
i honestly dont remember when i felt like this last time. when i took pulsatilla i felt similarly - more confidence. now i feel considerably calmer, less frustrated, not making dramas and overreacting...
e.g today i was told i would have to stay in my programming class even though i dont want it - normally i would be fuming, angry, vocal about it, rebelling, refusing to cooperate...
but i said ok, i will give it a go, try to understand it and it doesnt feel like big deal....weird...but happy about it...

also best avoid milk;spices; all acidic foods and drinks (.coffee;tea;fruits and juices;vinegar;alcoholic beverages:carbonated soft drinks..etc)..

physical changes - didnt notice anything, maybe just frequency of urinating is higher, despite not drinking more than usually.

i actually did read it , it said "for oral health" /probiotic - super 5 lozenge/. thats why it confused me....

I did read some stuff on the net, most of it is unfortunately true, but i never had any suicidal tendencies and i dont hurt myself /or maybe my earlier period of compulsive eating.../
As long as i know no one in my family is like this...

Good effects of Nux Vomica on my mental state are wearing off.
back to mu old myself...
I got off the antibiotics, and started phospohorus this morning.

Second day of Phosphorus:
- woke up a bit feverish
- mood - i usually get angry after an argument, but today i was teary, weepy...
One question - how much is a single dose? On my Phosphorus bottle it says 3-5 drops...

during the day i had a headache, which lessened in the evening / i have headeaches very, very rarely, dont remeber the last time.../
i also felt my head was very heavy, mind felt dazed and slow a i felt fairly sleepy.
- fever - all day /i was a bit fewerish during the flu, in the evenings.../
- i usually get teary weepy as a last resort when i dont know how to sort out some trobles, when i get desperate, often after the argument. / 99% love relat. problems, - i suspect i often use it as a weapon against my boyfriend- needless to say it doesnt work if i do it often...:-)/
Our relat. is up and down - arguments of this sort are quite typical, unfortunately...

I have been on Phosphorus for 3 days - headache and feverish feeling in the beginning, very thirsty for cold drinks, bit moody, but thats all.
no other symptoms.
is it ok?
I mean when i took e.g pulsatilla, or nux vomica, there was an aggravation and improvement very quickly. / gone quickly as well.../
i dont feel the same with phosphorus.
does it work more slowly and differently?
Or is it too early to say?....
