I'm not sure that I had made clear that this and the case of using olfaction to antidote the case are the same case. The remedy here is Calc-C.

I went to look for my description of the case and couldn't find it, and noticed that the description was in two threads. So, I'd like to keep this case with this thread instead of the other as it contains my original notes.
I typed up the dates of the remedies for myself, and thought I would share them with you...
I am really worried about this patient. They aren't eating and aren't sleeping much.
Aug 23
Started Calc-C at 6c. Felt much better than all other remedies ever been on. Took repeated doses.
Aug 27
30c arrived. Also felt great, but remedy was only holding for about 1/2 hour. Took repeated doses.
Aug 30
200c arrived. Took repeated doses.
Sept 1
200c Took 2 doses.
Sept 2
200c Took 3 doses.
Sept 3 to Sept 10
No remedy
Sept 10 to Sept 14
1 or 2 doses per day.
Sept 15 to Sept 26
No remedy. Some symptoms of too much remedy. Started staying up past 3am, and waking up past noon.
Sept 26
Olfaction dose of 6c to cancel aggravations.
After olfaction aggravation symptoms faded.
Sept 26 to present (Oct 6)
Has still not been sleeping at night and has been sleeping during the day. Often has a decreased appetite and reports eating little or nothing for several days. This patient has always been fine physically, but has had emotional problems/ADHD/and school problems since childhood.
Some of the larger changes since the olfaction dose.
Since childhood listened to sad, romantic music. Now doesn't like that kind of music anymore.
Has started crying, same as when was a child.
Has noticed that is better with bright lights on than when in darkly lit room at night.

Also at age 15 and 16, there were canker sores in the mouth, and acne on the face. The face acne was suppressed allopathically.

This indeed is an aggravation caused by too much dosing.
You would be lucky to even get 3 doses of 200c through (unless they are on the same day) without accessory symptoms, but here the patient has taken 10 or 12, hence the problems.
Where 30c was holding for 1/2 an hour , ideal thing would have been to retake the case as when this happens the remedy needs to be changed. The disease never comes back unchanged so soon with the application of a dose. If it does, we call it palliation.
Now, this must be anti-doted.
Give the patient an olfaction dose of Nux Vomica 6c . This should give some relief. In case it does, applying other anti-dotes like Bry might be considered if needed.

The patient doesn't have any other remedies besides the Calc-C. He has the 6c, though.
He did olfaction of 6c one week ago and it brought immediate improvement. Is it possible to do 6c by olfaction again?

On second thought, he has 6c of the following remedies. Can any of these be used as an antidote?

Well, right now, the first step would be to give a single olfaction dose of Nux-V 6c.

The patient will get the Nux-V tomorrow or Wednesday and take the olfaction.

I have a complete list of dates and records from the previous homeopath of remedies given. Aug07-Aug08 (6c;s of Arg-n, Nat-S, Lach, Lyco, Arg-N, Rhus, Ars). And before that (Nux-v 200c, Rhus LM1.) And before that (Ars 30c and Phos 15c).

*An extreme 15 year craving for cheese has stopped.
*Craving for soda and sweets has stopped entirely.
*When feeling good, particularly during the day, patient physically feels great.
*Body somehow feels better than ever.
Patient said that 'I do feel that my entire life is getting healed. Something still feels better than every other remedy that I've ever tried.'

Then why are you worried about the patient ?
If he feels so good, then why don't you wait for the next 3 weeks without doing anything (not even any anti-doting)

Arrgh. The pharmacy sent a 30c instead of a 6c. is this useable, or should we wait another weak for the 6c? You said that it is not possible to try to antidote with the Calc-C 6c? Why is that?

'That is, if someone has aggravated greatly from let's say an LM or a 200c or a 1M, I would first give him the same remedy in 6x olfaction , once his body is in a calm state, and then apply anti-dotes one by one to give relief.'
The application of the same remedy will rarely give complete relief in case of a proving, it mostly just makes way for application of anti-dotes.

As of today, the patient has 6c of Calc-C, and 30c of Nux-V. The olfaction over a week ago of Calc-C 6c halted almost all accessory symptoms. Would it be ok to try another olfaction of 6c Calc-C?

No, unless you want the patient to prove a 6c now.
If it has halted all the accessory symptoms, why do you want to anti-dote. I think, you should just do NOTHING for 3 weeks.

There are still some totally new accessory symptoms in a tiny amount. I think that there might be significant accessory symptoms at the mental and emotional level.
