Hi Sameer,

I have Phos LM3 on hand but it says 10mlm on the bottle. Is that ok? I must have ordered the wrong one.

Hi Sameer,

I just wanted to update you since it has been a few weeks since I took 1 drop of Phos LM3. I have been feeling pretty good since taking the remedy except for feeling tired a lot and a little anxiety but not too bad.

A few days ago, on Friday, I started getting what I think was the flu but I'm not sure. It kept me in bed for 2 days and I just couldn't move. It started with body aches all over, then moved to a terrible sinus headache that felt like a knife over my left eye which lasted through yesterday, fever, chills and diarrhea. I also felt extremely weak and shaky and at one point, after getting out of bed to do something, I felt like I was going to collapse.

Today I'm doing better. I still have a little pressure in my head but not as bad and I'm also still very weak and tired from the whole thing.

The ocd has been really good up until last night when it came back again. That makes me think that I need another dose but I'm not sure since I'm still feeling very weak and shaky. Mentally, I was pretty good up until a few days ago and then started feeling a little depressed and anxious again.

I should have talked to you sooner, but I just couldn't get out of bed to take care of anything until today.

Looking forward to your opinion! Thanks Sameer!!

These are good signs.

Give 10 hits to the LM3 bottle. Wait for 2 minutes.

Then Dissolve 1 drop in 500 ml spring water, and take a teaspoon.

HI Sameer,

Hope you are doing well!!
I took Phos LM3 w/10 hits about 10 days ago and since then I have been feeling a little depressed and sad. I'm having crying spells just about every day and I just don't feel any happiness at all. I feel like I'm just going through the motions. I have had a headache over my left eye for the past week. I'm having a lot of food cravings and have pretty much given up on watching my diet. I've gained weight and my face is puffy. I have had a very stiff, sore neck from the arthritis in my neck. The weather here is making it much worse. My energy level isn't very good but I get through the day doing what needs to be done. Right now I have a deep chest cough along with a sinus headache. My skin had gotten much worse right after taking the remedy, but seems to be much better now. I'm usually a very optimistic person, but I just don't feel that way right now. There is definitely a lot of stress in my life right now so I'm sure that it isn't helping any.

Looking forward to your opinion!

Thank you!!

Hi Sameer,

Here is my new list:

-Weight gain and lots of food cravings
- depression and sadness
- skin breakouts- worse right before my period
- hirsutism
- sinus headaches and pressure- mainly over left eye
- ocd- but better than before
- irritable
-mentally stressed and don't even feel like trying, at times overwhelmed by it but I keep it all inside
- everything feels kind of bleak to me like there's nothing to look forward to
- I don't feel any happiness or joy
- I'm a perfectionist and get very discouraged if things don't work out the way I plan
- I was with my whole family for the first time in 8 years for the holidays and all I felt was sadness instead of feeling happy that we were together
-I'm finding myself looking back and wishing I were younger or that some things were still the same
- having crying spells for what seems like no reason
- My uncle, who was only 53, passed away 2 days before Thanksgiving this year, and his death has really upset me even though we weren't extremely close. I find myself thinking about him a lot and upset about what happened to him. What's strange is that when I lost my aunt many years ago, she was like a mother to me and I never cried or got upset like this with her.

Overall, feeling sad, depressed and very heavy and bloated. I'm wondering if some of this is hormonal or from perimenopause since it feels like constant PMS.

Thanks for your help Sameer!!

Please talk more about the depression and sadness. What does it feel like ? What makes it better and worse ?

In general, what are the things which make you feel better or worse ?

Also, talk more about the ocd.

With your uncle who passed away, what is the primary feeling ? Is it grief ?

sameervermani last decade
Hi Sameer,

The feeling of sadness is something that started with the move back here. Moving back is something that I have wanted to do for the past 8 years and now that we are here, all I feel is sadness. There are certain things that I am missing about where we used to live and our friends that we made, but mostly I think it is a feeling of sadness for what I have missed here. My neices and nephew, whom I absolutely love and adore, are older now and I feel that I have missed so much of their lives. Like I had abandoned them 8 years ago and even though I'm back now, I will never be able to make up for lost time. I think I feel grief about that as well as my uncle's passing. I feel so sad about our family losing him. He was diagnosed with cancer and 3 weeks later he was gone. He was alone when he died and that really upset me. Since then I keep thinking about what happened to him and how scared he was and that I hope I never have to go through what he did and dying alone. I guess it has made me think of my own mortality and everything I wish I had accomplished in my life. I was struggling with some depression before, but I think the events of the past couple of months have brought it to the forefront.

I would say that keeping busy makes me feel better because it occupies my mind. Eating makes me feel better, or at least it's a temporary fix. I am constantly craving food and never feel full. Talking things out also makes me feel better as well as constant reassurance. Affection definitely makes me feel better and positive attention.

Negativity and stress definitely makes me much worse. Any little problem is magnified and I try to ignore or avoid things so I don't have to deal with whatever it is.

The ocd is the same problem that I had emailed you about before. It is definitely much better lately but still occurs when I feel anxious. It started getting much better with Tub Bov and has continued to improve with Phos, but I have noticed it a little more in the past few weeks.

That's all I can think of right now. I hope it helps:)

Thank you Sameer!!

Hi Sameer,

I just wanted to give you another update and add to what's written above. I seem to be doing a little better this week, not quite as sad or depressed. Last week I experienced a big disappointment which seemed to affect me greatly, maybe more than it should have, but it just seemed like one more thing that wasn't going right in my life. Right now it feels like my life and living situation is in limbo and I can't seem to see light at the end of the tunnel yet. It feels like a progression of poor choices to the point where I don't trust my own judgement anymore. I still seem to have moments of sadness but I'm really trying to stay positive. I definitely feel the sadness is coming from feelings of grief from different points in my life where I have felt loss for one reason or another and maybe now it's all coming to a head.

I started a new eating program a week ago with very little carbs and no sugar or gluten. I am definitely less puffy after a week and I'm sure it's helping me feel a little better. The ocd seems to be a little better also.

Looking forward to your opinion!

Thank you!!

What do you when you are 'irritable' ?

When is this irritability worse ?

sameervermani last decade
Also, is the emotional 'numbness' still continuing ?

sameervermani last decade
Hi Sameer,

When I am irritable I can get very cranky and sometimes snap at people, which takes a lot for this to happen, but if I do, I will always feel immediately guilty afterwards.
I think I get more irritated with myself than anything. Usually I just want to be left alone if I feel irritable.

I feel irritable when I'm exhausted, not feeling very well, have a migraine or the day or two before my period. If I'm overwhelmed by everything, I get irritable and feel agitated all over. I get irritable sometimes if things don't work out the way I expect them to, I guess because I'm a perfectionist in a lot of ways. This is why I sometimes feel like I withdraw or can't make myself do things because it won't be perfect and I might fail.

I would say that the emotional numbness has been replaced by sadness(which seems a little better this week) with bouts of crying off and on. It feels strange and a little scary since it has been so long since I have felt anything at all. I guess it is probably a good thing that I am feeling some emotions rather nothing at all.

Thank you!!

Hi Sameer,

I just realized that I screwed up last week when I took Sepia. I only took 1 dose instead of 3 doses. For the first few days after taking 1 dose, I felt very calm inside. After that, I started to feel sad and depressed again. Today I have a really bad sinus headache that started last night and I don't have very much energy. I just feel kind of blah and I'm trying to avoid everything because I'm easily overwhelmed. Should I take the other 2 doses that I missed?

Sorry about that!!

Thanks,
Bethy

Dissolve 1 pellet of Sepia 30c in 250 ml water in a bottle. Hit the bottle 6 times hard on your palm and then take a teaspoon.

Report after 4 days.

sameervermani last decade
Hi Sameer,

It has been 4 days since taking Sepia 30c w/6 hits. The first day I didn't really notice anything but the 2nd day, I was extremely irritable and depressed. My period started right after taking it, which was 5 days early. I think I'm feeling a little calmer inside right now, but I'm still struggling with feeling 'down'. I feel like everything I do is wrong and nothing seems to work out the way it should. I'm having trouble trusting my judgement about things because I've made so many bad choices even though , at the time, I think I'm making the right ones and I've been very positive and happy about it when it's happening. An example would be moving cross country and buying a home which both turned out to be bad decisions. Now we have moved back and are in limbo and looking for another place to live, which feels like more bad choices. In a way it feels like we have never- ending bad luck. I keep telling myself to be positive and things will change for the better but I'm not so sure anymore since everything seems to go wrong for us lately. I definitely don't let on to anyone that I'm feeling this way(depressed) and I try to be happy and smiling around everyone.

I also wanted to let you know that the ocd is much better since taking this dose!

What do you think Sameer?

Hi Bethy,

What was the last LM potency of Pulsatilla that you took ?

Sameer

sameervermani last decade
Hi Sameer,

After looking back, I have only taken Pulsatilla 30c(Feb.2009) and 200c(July 2009). I had ordered Pulsatilla 1M in Feb.2010 but I haven't taken it yet. It looks like I don't have any Pulsatilla LM's and would have to order them. Would Pulsatilla 1M work?

Bethy

bethy380 last decade
Okay, please take a dose of Puls 1M, 1 drop in 250 ml spring water, stir well and take a teaspoon.

Report in 3 weeks.

sameervermani last decade
Hi Sameer,

Hope all is well:)

It has been 3 weeks since I took a dose of Puls 1M. The first 2 weeks I felt very agitated all over with some old symptoms popping up and then disappearing again(fatigue, muscle aches and pains, heart arrythmias, sinus cold and flu-like symptoms as well as some others). Skin breakouts got worse with my period last week and then immediately got better after it ended. One symptom that came back full force was the ocd again and it has stayed with me for the past week or so. Today I started feeling very depressed again. I just feel like crying but the tears won't come. I'm also feeling very irritable. I have things I need to do and I just don't want to face anything or think about anything. We are moving to a new home this weekend and that probably has me a little stressed out. I just feel like nothing will ever be good in my life again and that there is nothing to look forward to. I know this isn't true, but these feelings just won't go away. It feels like I try to be so positive all the time about everything and then nothing seems to work out. I just don't feel any happiness or joy in my life. When I'm smiling or laughing, I really don't feel anything at all. I also don't want to talk to anyone. A few days ago I did feel calm inside but it only lasted for a couple of days and now I'm starting to feel agitated and depressed again.

What do you think Sameer?

Thank you,
Bethy
