The acne you have might be a result of candida or bacteria

From our experience there is a unique treatment that can help getting rid of acne. This treatment is done by taking specimen from the acne and is followed by a process that finally personal homeopathic remedies are prepared.

Dear Kanutiak ,

well sorry to carry this 'probe ' further but the attempt is to find the correct reason of your problems .

You had mentioned 'I always feel bad about it. I feel guilty a lot but do not know why. I am sad sometimes and anxious sometimes. I am mostly optomistic though so this is confusing. I like to smile, laugh and make jokes but inside I am not comfortable. '

However now you have said that you have been cheery inspite of your hardships

Please clarify this contradiction ?

Another of your remark

'I was in a verbally abusive relationship for 2 years and also another boyfriend committed suicide 4 years ago'

Can it be concluded that the appearance of Acne has almost coincided with the beginning of these tumultous relationships in your life ?

Let me summarize

You rarely fall sick .

You rarely catch cold .

You craving for salty foods is excessive .

Always hungry , good appetite but not fat or obese .

Unquenchable Thirst .

Some more questions

Do u sweat while eating .

Do you feel better in open air , cold bathing, lying on right side , tight clothing ?

Do u suffer from constipation ?

Any problems while urinating ?

Do you want to be alone when crying ?

U had mentioned that even though outwardly

Dear Kanutiak ,

Let us start with Natrum Mur.

Please get Nat. Mur 30c in pellets form or liquid form .

You will have to strictly avoid coffee , perfumes /body sprays at least for initial 10 days after taking the medicine . Even if it is difficult this has to be followed .No flexibilty around this for at least the first ten days otherwise the action of the medicine will get masked .

For record purpose the selection of this remedy is based on following reasons .

1) Acne is related to bitter emotional incidents in the last 6 years .

2) Excessive thirst, Good appetite , craving for salty foods.

The method of taking medicine is as follows .

3 doses of Nat . Mur. 30c to be taken as below.

Dissolve 2 pellets ( or pour 2 drops of liquid )of Nat. Mur. 30c in a 250 ml spring water bottle. Allow the pellets to dissolve on their own which takes some time . You can shake it gently after they have dissolved.

(Before putting the pellets or drops of Nat, Mur. in the bottle of spring water , please discard from this bottle as much water so that only around 120-150 ml water remains . Then put the pellets or the drops of the medicine )

Take a capful from this bottle 3 times in one day, spaced by 2 hours. This is to be done for one day ONLY.

Let me know in 7 days after these 3 doses. I will look forward to your update.

(After u have taken the dose do not throw the bottle , add around 50 ml of brandy or pure alcohol to it and preserve it because in case if u receive benefit this can be used for dose repitition at a later date )

Restrictions:

1/. Nothing should enter the mouth for 40 minutes prior to, or after taking the remedy.
2/. Do not touch the tablets with your hands, tip them into the cap of the container they came in and then into the water .
3/. Avoid coffee, tea (including green), and other sources of caffeine such as some fizzy drinks and large amounts of chocolate.
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT .
4/. Avoid wearing perfume/aftershave, or exposure to anything with a strong smell while under treatment. This includes any and all essential oils, and incense.
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT .
5/. Avoid the consumption of excessively spicey foods
6/. The use of medicinal herbs, either as 'teas' or supplements should be avoided during Homoeopathic treatment, as should the use of over the counter medication, unless this has been recommended by an MD.
7/. Nothing of a medicinal nature should be applied to the skin

Please also remember as explained that the 3 doses has to be taken once .No homeopathic medicine should be repeated until the reaction to the initial dose

Well if the remedy selected is ok then the first sign of improvement will be on mental plane , easing of mental turmoil .

Dear Kanutiak ,

The reason about asking the question about the relationship was that sometimes if the emotions are suppressed for a long time , ailments develop .

Regarding essential oils /antiperspirant , please avoid them for at least 2 weeks as these things interfere with the action of homeopathic remedies and mask its effects .
