Dear Sameer,
It has been 5 days since I took the dose of LM1. I still feel good mentally. I have noticed that I dream more vividly now. Before I could not remember dreams. I had a couple of really bad headaches, and 1 time when hot flashes came on that caused me to sweat. I felt a little dizzy and more nausiated this time. I did not vomit but my stomach and rib area would have pain on and off. This went on for a day. Then I felt weak and shaky. My jaw pain is feeling better. I still have swelling really bad in my bad leg and ankle. It is double the size of my other leg.

Hi Mary,
You can take another dose tomorrow. Do not forget to hit the LM1 bottle before measuring out dose.
So, after hitting LM1 bottle 8 times, take out 3 drops of CALC LM1 in 240 ml spring water in a disposable cup. Stir with a disposable spoon, and take a spoon from there ONCE.
Throw the rest of 240 ml, cup and spoon and away.
Report in 5 days after the dose.

Dear Sameer,
It has been 5 days. I feel good mentally. The only physical problem I could point out this time was 1 headache and slight jaw pain. I do have the swelling and rash on my leg still, and I still tire easily from doing basic activities.

I think it was because there was a death in my family.It wasn't someone I was really close to. I had two times when I woke up shivering ( but I was completely covered). The nerve has been bothering me on and off for about 2 weeks. I fell in the evening yesterday and cracked my ribs. I have bruising already.

The pinched nerve is on the right side and goes down my whole leg. It is very difficult to walk and it is painful. When I fell, most of the force was on the left part of my chest. That is where the broken ribs are. If there is anything else you'd like to know, please ask.

Let us tackle the bruising first. Please take 3 doses of Arnica 30c . i.e. Dissolve 2 pellets of arnica 30c in 250 ml spring water, and take a teaspoon from there 3 times spaced by 30 minutes.

It depends on how serious the bruising is. If you expect it to heal in 3 days, then Arnica might not be needed.
However, Arnica is one remedy you should always have on hand, as it is very useful in any kind of trauma.

It has been two weeks since I fell and cracked ribs. I feel they are getting better slowly. I still have pain when I cough, sneeze, laugh hard. I am having a problem with my eye right now which is part of my M.S. I have irisitis which has flared up. I just needed to know what my next step is for now. Thank you.
