Hi Marika,

Can you describe the symptoms in the wrist once again ?

sameervermani last decade
Her right wrist feels weak, so that she cannnot carry any weight with it, for example her school books. She carries her books with her left hand.

She often says that she feels that her joints are weak, she has sprained ankles before and when she carries things with her hands they feel like they will drop off.

With that there is pain on the right hand.

After I gave her the Hypericum she told me that she was able to write four pages of notes at school with no problem, so the difference was noticeable.

We have a wood stove here so we all have to carry wood into the house. She tells me that when she carries one piece of wood with her fingers, (not in her arms) it feels like her wrist bones will 'open' or 'split open' so she has deduced that her joints are weak.

Hi Marika,

Please give single dose of RUTA GRAV 30c, and report back in 3 days.

sameervermani last decade
Hello Sameer,
I am writing to tell you that my daughter's wrist is doing better:
-she has more range of motion; she is now able to twist it inward, before she was not able to
-she is able to push and pull an object, ie the library cart at work today,
-she was able to brush her hair in the shower with that hand, before she couldn't
-she is able to lift books to put on shelf

all these movements she is able to do after giving her Ruta 30c, although full strength has not returned yet so as to be able to lift a box of books, her right hand will hurt much more still.

She told me today that her throat is feeling dry and has to sip water to moisten it.

Again I want to express my gratitude to you for all your help and dedication.

Sincerely

Let us wait for 4 more days, and you can report back the status at that time.

Hello Dr. Sameer,
How are you?

I wrote back 3 days after I gave my daughter Ruta Grav. 30c. It helped her a lot, the range of motion increased considerably, the pain has subsided, but not eliminated entirely.

is it time to give her Phosphorus 200C yet>

I wanted to ask you something else also. She is interested in going overseas (Africa or South America) to do volunteer work within the next 2 years or less, but she will be required to get a few vaccinations such as for yellow fever, and probably she has to be taking malaria drugs while she is over there.

I am concerned that all those vaccinations might be too much all at once, for her immune system, so I would like to do the right thing to prepare her system for that time.
I am asking your advice for this particular situation and I appreciate the time and energy that you give to us.

Please tell me when to give Phosphorus to her, school has started now.

Thank you sincerely.

Hi Marika,

You can give her the Phosphorus 200c dose now.

Dissolve 2 pellets in 250 ml spring water, and give a teaspoon from there ONCE.

Report after 2 weeks.

We will think about the vaccination part a bit later.

Hello,

I am reporting back about my daughter. Her wrist is better but she still experiences pain when she uses it to carry a heavy load of books, or a box of books.
Since she took the Phosphorous 200C she has had some aches and pains that came and went: ie she had a strong pain on the upper left, maybe on the upper part of the lung. that lasted about one day. Then she had a strong knee pain she said she had not had pain on the knee since she was 13 years old.
Her temperament is good she is a bit less sharp with her words-she can be condensending sometimes, but not too often.
She seems very strong and tough, and she can be if necessary but she is very compassionate and caring at the same time.

Once in the last week she told me that she was feeling less confidence and maybe somewhat fearful inside of heror that she was not as courageous as she used to be. I told her that did not sound like her at all, but that state did not stay, it was only mentioned once. I will keep tuned to her to see if she expresses anything of the sort again.

The flatulence that was almost a regular occurence for her is much better, when I asked her she said that she still experiences a fullness but the gas does not feel trapped anymore, it gets out much easier.

Re: the 'loosenes' of her joints, she told me today that she notices that her jaw gets tired if she has to chew something hard or for a long time, as a hard vegetable for example.
Also, when she lies on her side, she feels her jaw 'drops', and she has to 'sort of put it back in'.

When homework gets too intense or hard, as in a math quiz, she finds that sometinmes her mind goes blank and she has to really concentrate to remember what she knows.

She tells me that she is very sensitive to chemicals, ie paint smells, strong smells-even essential oils bother her-, and she does not like blood rushing to her head, as when she bends down to comb her hair.
Fluorescent lights bother her too if she is under them all day, during school days.

I maybe forgot to say it that she has had Impetigo at age 8 months (I do not know if it is relevant at this point)

I see that she needs a good night's sleep in order for her to be ready for the next day. She is not one of those people that can get by with 5-6 hours of sleep. She also tells me that she notices that she needs time to do her work, she cannot do it fast as some of her friends are able to.

She gains and looses weight easily. She still likes tastes like salt, chocolate, ice cream and likes cold food and cold drinks, but cold drinks make her throat sore, she says her throat is too sensitive.

I would be glad to answer any of your questions, and if I think of anything else I will write it.

Right now I see that the school work is going to start piling up and she will need to have stamina.

thank you again for your help
Sincerely,

I think we should let the dose work for 2 more weeks.

Yesterday she went to the movies and bought ice cream and a cold drink,
today she has a sore throat (I could have told her that)
When we were young, my mother used to tell us to stay away from cold stuff because 'it will give you sore throat'.

Should I do anything or just leave it?

thank you

Marika last decade
Just leave it, if it gets worse, talk to me.

Hello Sameer,
the symptoms did get somewhat worse today, she stayed home from school-she was chilly, wrapped in a blanket, wearing a hood on her head because she likes it warm, sore throat, aches and pains in her body, she had some 'shooting pains' around the head, and felt as if 'her brain is loose', she is not able to shake her head, feeling sluggish.

She went to bed early and made the decision that she is not going to school again tomorrow, she will stay in bed so things might improve, we'll see.

I will keep a close watch.

Thank you

Hi Marika,

Please give her 3 doses of RHUS-TOX 30c, spaced by 1 hour and report in 2 days.

Sameer.

sameervermani last decade
Thank you very much,
I will do that tomorrow when she wakes up and I will let you know.

thanks a million

hello,
I gave the Rhus tox 30C, it helped her to have more energy in order to study for a test and also complete another assignement, went to school today, but came back
with the cold symptoms being more of head cold.

Her energy is definitely better, she has a runny nose, like a sinus cold now.
Presently she is studying for a chemistry test, feels like there is so much to do and how is she going to get through the day tomorrow with a head cold.

the Rhus tox took the body aches and pains away for sure.

Hi Marika,

How is the sore throat ? How is the 'brain feels lose' sensation ?

sameervermani last decade
Hello Sameer,
the sensation of the 'loose brain' is gone, the throat still hurts and feels itchy at the top.

Her nose is still stuffed up, to be honest, I was happy to see that symptom because she rarely gets head colds to see stuff coming out is not her way of releasing, rather she gets symptoms in the digestive system, ie cramps, diarrhea, stuff like that.

Once in a while a head cold may be good to cleanse, it may just be an inconvenience.

Thank you
Marika

Hello Sameer,

Do you estimate this head cold to be a result of the phosporous (cleansing reaction?)
Just now my daughter was asking me to 'give her something' to make it stop running because she would not be able to get through the day tomorrow at school.

I do have combination remedies but I hesitate giving those, they may stop the healing process. What do you think is the right thing to do?

I appreciate your suggestions.

Marika last decade
Under no circumstances a combination remedy is to be given.

Please list all the remaining symptoms of this cold in detail, and I can see if something comes up.

sameervermani last decade
I am not going to give her anything, and I did not give her anything last night.

When she comes from school, I will list the symptoms and get back right away.
Thank you

Hello Sameer,
My daughter's cold symptoms seem to be a runny nose, runny eyes, but the worst thing is , whenever she gets the slightest cold breeze, her throat feels scratchy.

For example today, she felt hot from moving too much, took off the sweatshirt for maybe 7 minutes,(t-shirt underneath), and her throat started feeling reactive.

this is a symptom that seems to be there all the time, she is very throat sensitive.

Her energy level is ok, her mood was ok too.
She is usually very verbal, tells me everything as soon as she comes home from school-all the happenings as they have occured that day, so she expresses her feelings and emotions quite openly.

I think that is all I can observe so far,
with great appreciation

Hi Marika,

Give her a single dose of Hepar Sulph 30c, and report in 3 days.

sameervermani last decade
Two pellets in some water and a teaspoon of this solution or give her two pellets in the mouth?

Marika last decade
In water.

sameervermani last decade
thank you, I will.

Hello Sameer,
My daughter has started to cough up mucous, starting at the throat but also coming from the upper chest.

her chest feels very tight, but it is starting to expectorate slightly. She is also in not a very good mood today, telling people to just go away.

Thank you,
