Hello Sameer,

I did give my daughter the Silicea LM2 on the 18th.

Her gas is much better, the next day after school she noticed that it had gone, shortly after though, she is experiencing a pain, it could be( muscle pain), it is on the left side, on the inside of the hip bone, and it is much worse when she coughs. (Presently she has a bit of a cough)

I believe this is the biggest change, if I see or hear of anything else I will write again.
thank you,
Marika

She just told me that it has been easier to wake up in the morning, and she has more energy throught the day.

She has been doing a lot of sports lately which has been causing shin splints.

Hi Marika,

Please give her another dose.

Same amount as last dose, but give 8 hits to Helios LM2 bottle before you give her the dose.

Hello Sameer,
I gave the dose of Silicea 2LM, the pain on the left side got worse two days later, so we went and had it checked out, they thought it might be an ovarian cyst, but an ultrasound showed no evidence of that.
They concluded it may have been muscle strain from too much soccer, but told us to still watch for blood in the urine or stool, and go back if this occurs.

As of today when I asked her, the pain is diminishing as the days go by, and I believe the gas has decreased, but it is still there.
the other morning she made sure to tell me that after eating only two bites of cereal and rice milk she was full, so maybe she gets bloated soon after eating or she feels 'full too soon' I don't know if it a case of nerves, she does not seem particularly stressed these days, I am watching her and i can report back if I see anything too severe.

Thank you,
Marika

Let us wait and watch for a few days.

Hello Sameer,
I forgot to write that she gets muscle cramps when playing sports, soccer mostly, she finds that her calves cramp quickly, in fact she was asking if she could take some magnesium supplements for it.

During the last soccer game, she also experienced something like tendonitis on her leg, her tendon was very hard, almost lumpy.
It was not just muscle soreness on the back of her legs, it was on the side, next to the bone.

This symptom eased as the days went on. She has a whole day of soccer games tomorrow, we will see how things go after that.

Thank you,
M

Dear Sameer,
I am answering perhaps a bit too early but I am leaving tomorrow for Europe because my mother is very ill, and so I did not want to leave without first dropping a line.
My daughter had a painful(muscle pain) last few days, during her soccer games last week, in fact she skipped one of the games because the cramp-like pains mostly in the quads, and a little in the groin area.
She endured it however, today she was a little better, she is now able to walk more freely, I think it is going away as the days pass.

If she needs another dose of her remedy, her sister will
give it to her just fine.

Thank you,
Marika

I hope your mother feels better soon.

I don't think your daughter needs a dose right now.

Sounds to me like a candida overgrowth. Check out candida symptoms and if they match give her Nat-p" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">http://abchomeopathy.com/r.php/Nat-p and have her go on an anti-candida diet.

Hello Sameer,
It has been a long time since I have written anything about my daughter, that is because she has been doing very well all these monts.

And, before I ask for more help, I need to list the improvements she has received as a result of the last round of treatment:
She has been participating in sports without any 'problems' or aches and pains to speak of. What I was concerned about was her ankles and her wrist, both of which have been holding up just fine under all the physical activity that she has been engaging in. (Jogging, gym classes at school, Karate and presently skating almost every day)

Her academic performance has been exceptional, (over 90%) average, and without feeling so overwhelmed that she could not do the work required. She has been active in extra curriculum activities at school and has managed very well, taking each task in turn until all is done.

Once in a while I have heard comments about 'her stomach'
getting full too easily, not being able to digest well certain things, like brocolli, etc.

In the last couple of weeks I have been seeing a more 'sensitive' side once again, to noise and light, to the homework which is again starting full blast, assignments and exams, etc.

I wonder if I should give her a dose of Silicea(?) to ferry her through or to strengthen her. This remedy is very good for her, from what I have seen in the past.

She still has the vaginal discharge. The doctor said it is completely normal. (She asked me to make an appointment with the doctor for this symptom)

She also has, lately, been speaking about her hip hurting, the pain starting from the sciatica and travelling downward. This happens after running, skating, etc. She also fell on her arm on the ice, 2 weeks ago and is not able to stretch her arm backwards to touch her shoulder.
the biggest symptom right now is that she is starting to once again feel overtaxed with the work load, too much to do and I would like to support her with homeopathy.

Thank you once again,
Marika

Marika,

Good to know about the overall improvements.

Please give her a single dose of Silicea LM3 (you might need to procure this and LM4 in 30 ml bottles from Helios).

3 drops in 250 ml water, stir and 1 spoon from there ONCE.

Report in 3-4 days.

Hello Sameer,

It has been 5 days since I gave her the Silicea LM3. It took me a while to get it, exams are now finished so I cannot use that situation to compare, but I do have one indication: She had sprained her shoulder doing something athletic, maybe karate, almost 6 weeks ago, and not being able to completely lift up her arm.
In the last few days that has been better, and tonight she told me it is really improving. This latest injury had been taking too long to improve.

Thank you, it was great to see relief there.
Should I give her the LM4 any time soon or best to wait?

Hello Dr. Sameer,

I am Marika's daughter again, asking this time with regards to my sister.

She recently got hit in the head while playing rugby and has been experiencing slight dizziness and confusion for the past six days, particularly when she moves. She was given two doses of Arnica 200C a few days ago, and her symptoms have pretty well subsided.

Wondering. . should she be given a higher dose? Perhaps a 1M?

thank you so much, very sincerely.

hello again,

I would also like to add that she sleeps a little more than usual these days. thank you.

So, do any symptoms related to the injury still persist, if yes, what are they ?

Hello Sameer,
It seems that my daughter had recovered from the concussion, at least there were no visible symptoms, no headaches, etc.

Since all day yesterday she is having a most terrible throat problem, very sore as if her throat is 'cut in a hundred spots when I swallow'. She also coughs up little hard balls of mucous when coughs, it is hard to talk she is staying silent most of the time.

She has been going very strong with sports and school, but getting wet at practices, early mornings and late nights with school work too.

Mentally she seems to be ok, one of the sports is now finished and she is lamenting.
Can I give her another dose of Silicea LM?

I really appreciate your help.
Marika

You can give her a dose of Silicee LM4, no hits needed for first dose.

Same amount as last dose.

Report in 3 days.

Hello,
the first day i gave her the dose I noticed her energy coming back, all her cold symptoms remaining the same.

Second day the nose starting running, went through this for a couple of days, cough starting loosening, and today that I am writing the cough is almost all gone, occasionally she coughs after a good workout.

the treatment with Silicea has really helped her to be her athletic self, also to withstand the load of school and sports activities. All in all there is definite improvement over the last year and half when we started, thank you sooo much.
I also asked her about the vaginal discharge and she said 'it is not as much' The gasiness she has figured out comes with eating starches, mainly bread which she now avoids.

Would you ever consider giving her Silicea 10M to last her the whole school year next year?

Marika last decade
Hi Marika,

We will leave the 10M for later. I do not think it is needed right now.

You can give her next dose of LM4.

8 hits to LM4 bottle before dose, and then same amount as last dose.

Sameer
