Chronic 'Urticaria' (Itching) _{Page 4 of 5}

Hi anyone out there. I would really like to hear from those who are suffering like me. Are there any remedies as doctors seem to be so bliase about this condition. I am sure if they suffered they would go out of their way to help their patients who also suffer from it. I can feel the lesions begin and I can watch them get red. They come up constantly, I have no reprieve. I need help, anyone who has any kind of cure of aid to stop this carrying on minute upon minute I would be so grateful to hear from you.

I have many more pictures like this and have showed the doctors and they look and give me prescriptions for anti histamines. There must be some medication out there that works. Goodness they can make parts for your body out of your stem cells.

If anyone reads this message and is suffering terribly with the itching may I recommend you go to your doctor and ask for Ketotifen. I was on it for a month and although the lesions still appeared (not as bad as before)it was the itching that was almost at a standstill. I cannot let you know the relief from this. My pills ran out after the month and the itching was back but I am back to the doctors for more Ketotifen as it has been the only relief I have had for over a year. Why suffer, go to your doctor and ask for Ketotifen. I am now smiling a lot.

After dozens of visits to my dermatologist, alergist, and even rheumatologist no-one could help me and told me that I had pruritus, dermographism and a chronic idiopathic uticaria. The diagnostic workup revealed a negative autoantibody screen. No autoantibodies agains double-stranded ANA, SSA, SSB, RNP, protein S3, myeloperoxidase were found. Sed rate and CRP were within normal. DBD was normal. They only found low vitamin D and a positive ANA.

I have been on:
Prednisone, hydroxychloroquine, Singular, Clarinex, Ranitidine, xyzal, cyclosporine.

Currently on hydrochloride or else I will shoot myself.

I have been on this condition for 3 full years.
Terrible generalized itching. After I scratch my skin turns red blood and hot. My fingernail traces can be seen as if someone had scratched me to death.

Please help, please help.

I shudder to think about the hives condition which I had a year back and thank god overcome through natural healing methods. If anybody is interested to know what I did ...get in touch. Yea I know how you feel, I been dealing with this for a while now and let me tell you, it's not pretty.
But I learned to deal with it and live with it just like everything else.

What I do advice that you do is to always make sure you are eating healthy, staying healthy, and drinking lots of water.
That's what I do and it's been helping me so far

Check out my message further up Karti. Ask your doctor for zaditen (ketotifen). I have been on this med since my previous post. I started on 4 per day and have reduced to 2 per day. I get the usual and odd flare which is nothing compared to what i had. I feel the 2 tablets keep it at bay and life is now so much more bearable and itch free. Ask your dr for this and hopefully if you are taking other meds this will be compatible. Good luck and let me know how you get on.

In my childhood i got suddendly my face palms and whole body bulgy i was given a citrezen tab . Doctors told it was due to low immunity. Please take a single dose of Sulphur 30 and see how that affects in 15 days. Only one dose, not daily.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

I have very weak nervous system by birth and am taking medicines for my skin that is why i feel tired feared and moody all the time headache. By mistake talen 3 drops. At begining very itchy now burning sensation from inside of body gone.Mwy body is cooled from inside but stil there is some little bit itcing suddenly. Can take tea? Wil it efebt

3 drops or 1 drop are equally good. You shouldn't take more than 2 cup tea in a day.

Now i feel little bit normal but wen i go outside home body temp increases wen exposed to sun body starts increasing and continuously itching. Do i have to take it regularly?
