Acid Phos has no role to play here. In my opinion combination pudiyas and Ars Alb can only help. You will have to start pudiyas as we have to give Ars Alb some break now.

Started Pudiyas by today and break Ars alb by today. The present condition is as just before the normal-We can say some steps more-but as well as just like he achieved again and again during his illness. required little more- have to be normal.
He can not keep his legs straight on standing. He can not hold his body still now. Urination problem-small quantity and frequent-is the main irritation of him- weakness of voice. stiffness in right index fingure that can not hold pen or spoon. Can we not give any homeopathy remedy with pudiyas-because I feal that with liver and long illness-he should take neuro tonic or other medicine that he can get a boost up from this point. Homeopathy will do better because of illness of liver and lack of appetite.

yes-it is right- he will recover when he will eat but I mean to get recovery which he has lost because of long illness. His muscular and nerv side declined gradually .

Please give father 5 drops of Hydrastis Q in some 20 ml water thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for 5 days and report back. Pudiyas to continue.

If you think father responds best to arsenic alb 200c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours, we should revert back to that treatment.

Sometimes Crackness of skin occures at the lower of spine-just in the joints of Hips.since three four days his hand are tremblling when he holds a glass or spoon. He could not eat by his hands. His sleep cycle has been changed since some months as his illness. all day he is in sleepiness and awake at about 3.30-4.00 AM while in whole life he used to write or read at night upto 2.00 AM and were awaking at 9.00-9.30 AM.

Okay. Just give him a single dose of arsenic alb 1M. He should not eat or drink anything within 45 minutes before or after this dose. This dose is not to be given thrice a day. Please observe his response to this dose carefully for next few days. Please continue the combination pudiyas. Hydrastis is not be continued.

Please take father to the Delhi based homeopath. Nobody on this earth gets reputation without having the worth. Net based case taking has very serious limitations. In any case you should tell him the homeopathic treatment father has taken on the basis of this thread and how he has responded to the remedies. Please don't tell him about the forum and all that. Otherwise he will always doubt your sincerity towards his advice. Wishing parents all the very best.

I can not take father this time with me as I supposed to at the time of taking appointment. If I will go alone, I doubt that I would show him the exect picture. There is always a process of follow ups and changes of drugs in Homeopathy. I want to continue interactions with you too, because you have a regular feedback and better understanding of the case. I don't know, who you are but I can say you have taken this case very sincierly. should I go alone or wait for condition that father can go with me?

From last evening-nothing worse more after Ars 1M- after a small sleep-In night, he is very cool and hopeful for future that he will do everything as his past.He point out about improvement of weakness in legs since few days. In morning,I can say he looks normal and little better.There is 1000 ml urine discharged in night more that previous two days thus the swelling gone in paddles which is occured in two-three days.So I think it is a better picture. Please carry on your advice. We will think next after outcome of the meeting of Doctor.

Second Day- It was also better as well as yesterday.Now, we are feeling the return of his natural voice. lowness is going.better feling in strenght.

A remedy in 1M potency should be allowed to act without interference/repeatition. So keep on observing.

It should be a higher potency for first day and continued from next day.
A natural question is with me that when Ars was given on 6th and suits-patient shows little improvement. Than he prescribed on 8th.Please Don't take it as question on anybody- all are doing for me. I am highly obliged. It is a just want of knowing more about treatment process for understanding because of just interest of me as I have a keen interest to read more and understand. I have conected by net with homeopathy by some months and regular visitor. It is a curiosity of a new child for new world.

I think you don't want to comment. Am I doing any mistake? If so, Sir, I am sorry. I am actually in very awkward situation among all my nears and dears. I have connected with Homeopathy and strongly believe on it but no body has confidence due to lack of a confident doctor in surroundings and previous experience of local advices. I have to satisfy all as I wish to continue the treatment.
Sir, In my opinion you adviced me a perfect remedy for this crucial time of my father. I can't say anything in words for you help. I strongly feel that the new treatment should be same. It may be the some change of potency again.

In my opinion you should have full faith in your homeopathic physician now. You should also follow his advice wholeheartedly.

Thanks.Yo are right. I am not disbelieving any Doctor. I meant only that in the absense of physical presense of the patient, it is same as well as our running process.So,why we should break the process by which we are just getting the results. It is not a question by this or that one. It is Homeopathy only and symptomps are same for everybody. I just need homeopathy after a long disaster (but necessory) of Alopathic treatment which was life saving too for my father. So, you can understand I was not disbelieving anybody. I am highly obliged to the Forum ABC Homeopathy. I would like to take advices for other family cases also. Thanks for your response. As your advice, I am starting the treatment and will again touch you,If necessory.I hope you will not disappoint me.
Feedback- father is little better. Voice power little improved.little swelling in feet paddles. He eat 1&1/2 Roti.

Pudias are being continued.Local Vaid ji of Ramdeo clinic has added a abstract( Kada)of kayakalp and one more having punarnava and Kutki.He added also vishtinduk vati,Udaramrit vati and Arogyavardhini vati.
My mother has taken prescribed treatment and got some relief but doses were not regular, so I ask him again to take regular than ask for next.

dear doctor, after long journey of treatments, my father is more weak now. would you like to share with me.

he is in ICU now from 23rd dec. respiratory problem. on 26th put on ventilater and clear the tract. thick mucus mass cleared by suction. ventilator removed after three days. shifted in ward on 1st january. next day evening after eating again phelgum increased and saturation decreased. again put on ventilator. on 5th ventilator removed. given two units blood. somtimes fevers-may be because of catheter and urine infection. chest remains clear from the begining. yesterday night again saturation down at 11 pm.
