Sir let me complete-again giving details-
He is in ICU now with excess secretions with low saturation and urine infection with fever from 26th Dec. On 26th a mass of thick mucus cleared by suction from his respiratory track when putting on ventilator. That time given Arsenic 1 M. one dose. Chest was clear and remains clear. ANTIM TART 1M also given Next day he looks better and after two days ventilator removed. On 1st he is shifted in room. In evening he took meals. Next day morning again he was sick with fever and excess secretions and saturation tends to low. On 3rd morning he was again on ventilator after high fever which may caused by cathetor. Two units blood and very much protein administered but protein levels not maintained. There are some opinions of doctors 1. It is a case of such type in which patients effort of respiration becomes low when he is in deep sleep. In sleep, he become unconscious and tongue falls, so respiratory track not open well.
2. He is now become a parkinson patient because of weak brain effort due to less supply of oxygen due to weak lungs while the drugs cindopa and rasalet were not suit him in proper quantity. He suit only ¼ cindopa 100 mg and one rasalet a day.
His all parameters are well- no BP, no sugur, LFT, UREA, Creatanine etc. was normal. In present small disturbences due to regular use of antibiotiques.
At the time of this emergency kindly suggest something, so that we can remove him from ICU.

could give some drops direct on tongue on -7th 5.30, secretions very low,fever comes again and again. fluid overload in body. parameters normal. late informed that ars 200 was given on 7th morning.

because of continues change in situation and improvement,it was decided to not give now. a reguler feature noted that fever comes after 2.00 am daily.

Now don't give him any remedy for few days as already too many remedies have been given. You may give Psorinum 200 later if there is no improvement. The remedies like Bryonia, Arnica are given to overcome shock of hospitalisation. It seems that he responds well to Ars but he is not able to recover substantially.

bilirubin 2.8, pletlet 30000. bleeding. one unit pletlet administered. given nat sulf 200x from sunday. monday chelidonium and carduas 5 drop each given with nat sulf two dose because of old case of early cirrhosis.

i have read that crotalus horridus is only remedy for increasing pleylets ? we can give biochemic with feeding-starts from monday. his concious level is not better to removed the rile tube, et tube etc. either biochemic should be added ? -your valuable advices are being very helpful for us. thanks

sir, ignore previous one. now it is the time for final plan. doctor asked us for any homeopathy plan to increase immunity of patient that he is going to remove et tube in today morning. he used all efforts. secretions stopped from two days. fever still comes at any time. urinary fungal infection being treat. patient very sensitive at imotional level. phycally weakness as he can,t raise even his hand or fingure. bed sores everywhere. fluid in body, swelling in hands and legs. the time is that doctor...contd.

looking at homeopathy. we required for such drug to increase immunity- to maintain blood levels- to increase saturation that patient using oxygen sometimes. after review of questionare some corrections are may be importent for you. kindly read with previous question no.- 8-always he take cold from corriender in winter. 9-he dislike and worse feals in summer likes winter. but not like to touch cold water. 10-agreeable,changeable-habbit of nail bitting.11-fear of financial security of family members ....contd

12-like salty and spicy food. 17-bowel movement slow. 19-yes---3-he feals guilty that all family is suffering and expending money and time for his problem.21-during last year aconite10m causticum10m gelsimium10m conium10m given by local doctor and approx 6 drugs given by delhi based doctor-not disclosed names. kindly suggest all posibilities that homeopathy can works in this situation. now patient is suffering with viral infextion and high fever.

read before previous ...dengue positive, two unit blood given. hi is not swollowing saliva of mouth in deep uncontious sleep so et tube can not be removed from throat as he may asperate.become uncontious if fever rise onedegree presently required remedy for alertness of mind,fever comes at night,may be difficulty in swollowing, stop hemorrhages from lungs due to suction.

dear doctor, i have no words for giving your valuable time and advice for my father. on 15th evening neuro physicion start parkitidin tablets. on 17th after fourth dose pulse increased. cardiac arrest at 4 pm.all is gone. we can't do anything for him. i am very much thankfull to you and abc forum. as i have keen interest, would you suggest me for literature and text to learn and understand deaply the homeopathy. i will be highly oblidged.
