swollen left foot

I havehad my feet sprained over and over, since I must wear high-heel sandals (I look like a KISS member). I walk quite fast and it happens every day. However, I was walking on December 17 and I fell down (thousands of tourists were around, and I was in a hurry). Since last Monday, my whole left foot ( sole, toes, ankle, instep) has swollen. It´s too hot here (I live in Southeastern part of Brazil) and I can´t even put my Havaianas on. What should I take? I have a combo (Ledum Pal., Arnica Mon., Rhus Tox., Petroleum, Bellis Per.).

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I appears that due to fall either your leg has got some hair like fracture or muscles have severly pulled. I suggest 1st to get your leg X-ray (frontal & rear view) to fonfirm if there is no fracture. In case of fracture Plaster is unavoidable. If by the grace of Allah almighty you are lucky, I suggest you Rhus Tox 200c one dose daily for three days together with complete bed rest. You should give your leg warm bath in salt water. Put tree table spoons of Table Salt in half a bucket of luke warm water and keep your leg therein for about 30 minutes morning and evening

Also suggest Arnica 200. If you can get Arnica tincture / ointment, apply to affected part too - unless the skin is broken, in which case don't.

I don´t have a fracture (I went to the doctor´s then). What happens is that my left foot gets puffy swollen every afternon and evening, and it hurts a little.

The swelling ?. Is it water - ie you press your finger in and when you take it away the dent still stays for a period. Or is it inflammatory , in which case a different remedy is required.
Hep Sul is a good absorbent try the 3x potency. Twice a day and REST IT.

Hi,

I think it´s fluid accumulation and foot sole inflammation, both together. Puffiness appears after lunchtime, since it´s too hot here (about 30°C every afternoon and evening. In the morning it´s absolutely normal. And it hurts when I walk around with a certain sandal.

What happens if you just rest and put your feet up?
I trust you are not using the sandal which makes it worse.
If possible, you need to rest the foot. It's hard to heal when the whole body's weight is on you...
