as for me i am doing ok with bach flowers, but i realized it very difficult to manage a case in homeopathy if only mental symptoms are present.

MY dad has white spots on his body for more than 20yrs i guess, He has never taken medicine for it as he is of opinion that homoepathy increases the white spots. once a yr he will buy ayurvedic medicine but will forget to take it on regular basis, i think somewhere he has given up.
I told him about your background and not only he was impressed but he is ready to give a try. He is from IIT BHU, working in BARC
PLease let me know if you will be able to find time to analyse his case. Let me know if you have some sort of questionnaire.

secondly the number of bach flower required to help me is too huge and i am not able to focus on that.
I took SUL lm3 and could feel immediate relief in lot of areas. so i think i should continue

for my situation last yr a homoepath had given some combination of 4-5remedies. it did help at that time.
1. These sort of combination are ok or not?
2. what are the downside to it?
3. should i take to ward off my crisis?
would like to have ur expert advice.

Harms of a combination remedy are as follows:
a) The vital force is only capable of 'cleanly' responding to only one simple substance at a time. This was the reason why Hahnemann denounced mixing remedies.
b) Even if we do assume that vital force is capable of a meaningful response to a mixture of remedies, these responses are not well documented unlike the provings of single remedies.
c) Lets say you took a combination remedy, and one remedy out of it had a curative/palliative response (curative is highly unlikely, because the other substances will interfere with the correct stimulation of the secondary response), how would you know which remedy out the mixture to repeat in future(in a higher potency).
d) Many of these mixtures contain remedies which have inimical and anti-dotal relationships with each other. Their actions are detrimental or nullifying of each other when taken together.

Constitutional remedy is the one to which a baby would resonate at birth, and this is also the remedy which is left after all layers have been removed.
Lycopodium is one of the constitutional remedies.
Dr. Gibson Miller's relationships of remedies is pretty accurate.
If you want to go very exhaustive, Abdur Rehman has an 'Encyclopedia of remedy relationships'

I meant that one remedy does not work for entire lifetime.
Statements like 'he is a Lyco man', tend to indicate that the person will resonate with Lyco for entire life. But that is not true.

2. In behavioral context over a liftime a person might need n number of remedies or just the few to which his personality matches?
3. Many homeopaths say that after 1m for continued improvement one should directly start with lm 5/6. what is your experience?
4. Can there be nux with lack of confidence?
5. I have the Gibson that you suggested, it is really the whole picture as you said.
6. This is my childhood friend never ending pet patient of allopatic docs. i had asked him to put the case for your attention. he has been trying to bump up the thread for last 1 month i guess. will appreciate if you can have a look at the case.

4. Why not, Nux-V is listed as grade 2 in 'lack of self confidence' rubric.

Nux-V is not a miasmatic remedy. In chronic cases, it is just a remedy to open up cases, where there is history of substance/stumulant/medication abuse.
Arg-n is very hurried, impulsive and irrational. These people tend not to be very egoistic. Bailey's descriptions are not very accurate.
