Que - Since my symptoms relapsed on LM1, higher LM2 was indicated, i was relapsing on LM2 also why we didnt go on still higher LM of sulphur only?

It was not holding, even on raising potency to LM2, and that usually means the remedy was a partial similimum.
As we go to higher potencies, they start getting useless with partial similimums.

Appreciate your precise answer... was reading on the same line yest in some david little articles.
Lach 30c is making sense to me, i took 3 dose yest and i can sense there is a shift in the priorities and perspective.

Sulphur was just palliating.
I rarely use a 10M. If the case relapses after a 1M and LMs, that usually means the remedy is not similar enough.
Option 2 , i.e. x mentality cleaned up on the dynamic plane is possible.
Rogger Morrison's desktop guide is good, so is Douglas Gibson's Study of Homeopathic Remedies.

The Actions of the Centesimal Remedies

The remedial powers of the centesimal scale reaches its peak very quickly, promotes crisis, and then brings on a longer duration of secondary action.
The nature of the centesimal potencies is quick in their onset as they reach aggravation at the beginning of the treatment when the pathology is at its maximum and the vitality the weakest. This tendency is still witnessed (although in a modified form) in the Cs in medicinal solutions. The power of the C potency is most similar to rapid onset, quick crisis, and the aggressive power of the Cs is similar to accidents, trauma, crisis, strong acute diseases, virulent acute miasms, crisis or acerbations of the chronic states and miasms, the functional states of the chronic diseases, and chronic states that start with strong crisis and then progress over a longer duration.

The properly adjusted LM also works well on serious trauma, virulent acute disorders, and crisis. Here the higher opening potencies (0/3-0/6) are sometimes of use although most cases resolve on LM 0/1 -3.

Once the homoeopaths understand the inner nature of the Cs and LMs they will understand how to use them at the correct times. The Paris casebooks show that Hahnemann often used his centesimal potencies for crisis and acute diseases and switched to the LM potencies for constitutional treatment and miasms. This is not an absolute rule but a tendency one sees throughout the cases of his last three years (1840-1843).
One can tell from Hahnemann's Paris journals that the Founder considered the LM 0/1 a higher potency than 30c as he sometimes started people with a 30c for the acute and then switched to the LM potency for the chronic conditions. Also if the lower potencies up to 30c were insufficient, he would then switch to the LM scale and work upward. In some cases, he began with an anti-psoric in 30c and then moved over to the LMs.

I think in 6c-30c-Lm is a better scale. I didnt see a well justified pointer to use 200c and 1m.
The above statement is not only for weak, oversensitive and Chronic cases but also for acutes (well chosen LM)
Substituting the 200c/1m will save a watching period of almost 2 months. With LM in their place one will have more control and speed of cure.
QUE - Lachesis 30c is really working for me, Should I order LM1 and LM2 and skip the 200c/1M.

All good effects of Lachesis lasted 3.5 days which included :-
1. Sense of priorities

by split dose of 30c i mean dissolving it in more water so that its power increases.

30c is not to be repeated.
If you can arrange 200c before that, it will be better.
LMs are faster but centesimals are in no way 'incapable' of bringing about complete cures unless the patient is very weak/hypersensitive. LMs are also very penetrating and hence I like a to try a couple of potencies to confirm the remedy choice before moving to the LM scale.

Will see if i can get 200c locally immediately, as i will get LM in 10-15 days.

I have never seen you prescribing anyone the successive solution of C scale...
QUE - any particular reason?, in all the articles of david little i read he writes that c can be given in medicinal solution. so this becomes an interesting as i must be missing some of ur insight in this regard.

Sucussing and repeating centesimals is a very very tricky business, (especially 200c and beyond), as this was not the purpose for which this scale was designed. The very reason for Hahnemann coming up with LMs was unsatisfactory results with trying to repeat centesimals in solution to speed up the cure.

For 200c and beyond agreed, it will become very very tricky as one wont be able to understand which equivalent potency they are making and the and already strong medicinal action of C scale will make it dangerous.

Yes at some stage of life it would almost be like....I may say, 'mandatory', for Dr. Sameer to share his knowledge with very deserving student(s). Otherwise the wonderful understanding, insights, knowledge, skill, art, science of homeopathy would be partially or wholly lost and may not get transferred.
But of course, there should be no pressure to do so on anybody. Let it smoothly and willingly.

1. Thinking and trying to do too many things

The areas which i can feel now
1. Lack of courage
2. exhaustion after some time of reading

a. The totality is not covered by lachesis
b. It is just my mental concepts as now i am viewing reality in a different way

My life has again come to a point where it has become a do or die situation again. This has happened Five times in my life before. Following 3 stages follow each time
* Stage 1 (Normal time)
Aversion form work / responsibility,
Feels great weariness to start the studies,
Thinks a lot, Lack of Focus, Busy with trivialities
Procrastination till the last moment
* Stage 2 (Crunch time)
Timidity and lack of courage and confidence, I could never muster courage
* Stage 3 (Facing the result time)
Failure
boosted my ego with - Withdrawal, Excuse, Change of plans
TIMES IN LIFE
1. 12th board One more added factor was that I had just landed in Mumbai form a very small town.
2. 3rd year engg exams (wasted one year, flunked yr) kept exams pending coz of above stages and when it came to finally studying couldnt find courage
3. After completion of engg didnt sit in any company interviews as self esteem was really low and could find courage. (Wasted one more year). Prepared for GRE after some excellent homeopathy medicine which boosted me for kick starting GRE Studies
4. In MS great anxienty and lack of courage in studies, managed with others help. No confidence/self esteem/courage in job application process. So didnt do any wholeheartedly.
5. IT Course Stage 1 going on for last 1.5 years (wasted last one year),
Lachesis helps in only following
- Focus, can see and feel priority Clearly
- Removes sexual concepts and thinking
- Makes me active
(I have 30 days at my hand, otherwise will have to go back to india)
The unaddressed main issue are
