Erika,

We used 2 tiny pills - 30c

I was a bit frustrated last night when I wrote the email about different Homeopaths. This illness is very hard to deal with. My wife & I are not living or sleeping.

(Uncontrollable frequent itch attacks, practically all of the time "nights are especially bad")

I am sorry, I have been 3 days without a server. Just got it on today, mon.

I am not "mad" at anyone. I wanted to cite how scary "some" other remedies are.

I was taught by two MDs that both used homeopathy instead of allopathic.

I understand you using what you can. I used to have migraines and when we couldn't find a remedy for me that worked, I used pain pills. My teacher asked me how I could do this and I said, "I couldn't NOT do it, the pain was so extreme." I raised an asthmatic. This is how I got started with homeopathy.

You see, I have been there, I do understand. At this time this seems to be the right remedy. One day you may try it and let us know how your son is.

Blessings, Sabra

Sabra,

Well we finally got the currage to start using Juglans Cinerea today. ( will update in a couple of days)

My son had a terrible flare up two weeks ago. We were giving him clensing teas & after a month he developed puss filled pimples all over his body. Especially on his eczema areas. Even his eyes were swallen with puss in the mornings. We got really scared & stopped using everything (clensing teas, homeopathy) His doctor MD put him on antiboitics & stronger cortizone creams.

Initially he gotten alot better. After 5 days of treatment, he developed goosebump like skin all over his body. Also, in some areas the puss filled pimples did not go away & turned in to hard raised bumps. We used the antibiotic for a week & we are still using cortisone (however, sparingly to control his itching)

Also, he started to have more problems. (He started to get itchy scalp & dandruff)

Can we use cortisone & Juglans Cinerea at the same time ?

What can we do about his bumps , they seem to be very resistent. (even to cortisone)?

Hi - glad to hear from you again and that you are trying the juglans cin. homeopathy and cortisone creams work in opposite ways so they are not usually compatible. you could try aloe vera on the skin, or bathe with dilute nettle tea.
Use no perfumes/additives in products for bathing - it may also help to rinse over with filtered water after bathing in normal water, as the chemicals in water can irritate. Make sure also that shampoos are perfume free and free of chemicals.
the pus coming out of the skin is the body's way of cleansing so when you use cortisone to stop this the body is really confused - sure the pus goes away but it will come back again probably more because it has been unable to work. if any treatment is causing pus to come out fast then slow down the treatment rather than stop and this should stop the system being overstimulated to cleanse things out.

just a thought - a lot of cleansing products contain coconut derivatives, try and find soaps, shampoos without this and without other nuts (almonds etc.) in it - there are some recipes on the net for making your own with soapwort. labelling can be deceptive so check them out carefully. I use a very nice soap made from saponified olive oil, or mostly no soap at all!!!.always rinse any product off well.
also hydrogenated vegetable oils can sometimes contain coconut oil as i understand.
I have found pastries best avoided (i suffer from nut allergies as i said before) unless made with butter, olive oil, or vegetable oils (not hydrogenated) and most margarines are a problem.

forgive me if i am repeating an earlier post - it is also good to use the mildest, unperfumed washing product and make sure that you, or your washing machine rinse this out very well. avoid any fabric softeners. always use natural fabrics next to the skin - silk, not always expensive, is very comfortable particularly for sleeping..............

Erica,

Thank You for your insight !

The first couple of days seem ok. He did not have any kind of ellergic reaction to juglans cin (we were fearfull)

So far no change with his eczema, we will give him the second dose tomorrow !

One thing to note ! His mood has become kind of bad. Cries alot. Says he is cold. Also, lack of appetite.

Sorry I fell out of posting. Got a little overloaded.

The child may feel uncomfortable off and on, but this is not a bad sign. If the symptoms seem odd and unrelated, you know it is the remedy action. You can stretch out the doses longer between if too uncomfortable.

I feel sure this will help to either heal or place him in a good space for a possible next remedy.

Once when I was trying to help a woman with unknown causes, but a known date, took 5 months to go back 7 years. About 3 remedy changes.

It turns out an allopathic med was given 7 years before. THEN we knew the reason. So the reason and the result was treated at the same time.

Please be at peace, keep posting.

Thanks to those that was here helping.

Blessings, Sabra

Please do not use the cortisone. So very detrimental to young bones.

Use something soothing like
glycerine, I bet it will do just as much good. It is clear liquid. Men that handle cement, use this for their hands.

So far it is better but worse at the same time. The bumps on his skin seem to be going away. (These bumps were a result from the clensing we did earlier) His eczema is still there, itching has not subsided as of yet. The neck area that we used cortisone on is getting slightly worse now that we have stoped using cortisone.

We gave him the third dose of Juglans Cin this morning !

keep us posted. It sounds like there has been a move in the right direction!

Sabra,

Should we try to increase or decrease the dose ?

Right now we have been giving 3 pills of 30c every other day ! So far we gave hime 3 doses. Today being the 3rd one.

By the way, should we be expecting the conditions to get worse before they get better ?

His skin bumps look like they are going away. However, the skin on the face fluctuates from pink to red. It seems hot to the touch when it is red. However, he says that he is cold.

Also, he had a severe alergic reaction during dinner today. He was sneezing, eyes & throat itching. We had to give him Benedrol. It helped. We are not sure what he was allergic too. He was eating what he normally eats.

The eczema is still there especially on the face, fluctuates between pink & red. The skin seems rough & dry.

He also has lost his apetite.

Pls_hlp last decade
Please wait 48 hours without a dose for now.

Have you been trying to remember if these are new or old symptoms?

He is not feeling good because the suppression is being released. This is as far as he has gone for awhile.

I will study some more and see if it is time to change, but I do not think wise at this moment. A wait and see for two days please?

Try to remember what he likes to eat and get him to accept this. Of course, good food.

Confort him and reassure him. Even at a young age, they understand this.

Will get back to you asap.

Blessings, Sabra

The apetite loss was a symptom he had before ! Also, his alergic reaction to something he ate or exposed to was something he had before as well.

He is a bit irratable & does not want us to put anything on him. We did get Glycerine, however, he has not allowed us to put it on him thus far.

Not sure if this is important, for the last couple of months we have put him on a more strict diet. We stoped giving him many foods that he likes. Cheese, Suger, Milk. We read that these are all bad for eczema. He mainly eats rice, chicken, potatoes, & fruits (pineapple, strawberies, bananas). We have also been giving him lots of water. Bottled Spring water. Also one spoon of Flaxseed oil daily.

Today several of his eczema scabs on his forehead started to ooze a white like liquid. He has had this before but not on his forehead.

Pls_hlp last decade
This morning it is clear that his bumps are better. However, his skin has become very rough & dry. He still itches & yellow liquid is oozing from the scabs on his forehead.

Any way to stop the oozing ?

Pls_hlp last decade
One more new symptom. The nails seem to be splitting.

The oozing on the forehead is as bad as it has ever been. The skin is dry all over.

He is pretty irratable.

The appetite came back !

Pls_hlp last decade
Hurray!!

Potatoes part of the nightshade family, (tomatoes too) sometimes not good. Bananas are 90% sugar. Try to get him to eat core fruits. Apples and pears. Unless you already know not good.

Has he eaten celery? Cut the stalk gently and pull the strings away. Celery is soothing to the body and nerves.

Squash is a good replacement food. Beets and carrots are sugary, but would give him choices. These are less allergy foods. Boil each. Beets whole, the skin rubs off when cooler. Throw away all juices as are too much sugar. Squash is good to replace potatoes. It is a pretty color and soothing to the mouth.

Talk to him about returning some foods when he is better, but one at the time to see if it is irritating to his body. If he has something to look forward to, this helps.

Nails often show symptoms of the changes, but they will recover.

Try to negotiate with him to put the Glycerine on only one part of his body to see how it feels. Try to put it where he can see it. Let him make some decisions. He is so very miserable right now.

He seems to be going through the difficult times now, and will come out better.

Do not speak about how bad the skin is around him, speak in terms of getting better.

Have you read the posting "eight year old with ear infection all his life"? This is another long haul to get this child better and away from allopathic antibiotics.

I will be watching for more reports.

Blessings, Sabra

I have been looking at the whole post and counting, I hope you remembered to give the dose "every other day" and now wait two full days into the next before making a decision for another dose.

Do not change the potency.

Blessings, Sabra

Sabra,

Thank You for your suggestions, we will try !

One other old symptom is that his skin is shedding.

Pls_hlp last decade
The oozing is pretty bad on the forehead & buttox. His forehead is all red with scabs. All oozing. He is misrable ! Does not want to come out of the house.

The head is itching. His scalp is full of dandruff.

Pls_hlp last decade
We will use cortisone on his forehead. He can not interact with the other kids like this.
