It is better to provide the following information on headache instead of saying headache.
location of pain like occipit, above eyes, vertex etc.
description of pain like it is without from within, pulsating, boring, stinging
whether pain is continous or intermittent
time of aggravation, time of amelioration
your thermal preference for headache
Similarly instead of saying ibs you should tell..
whether stools are frequent and scanty
whether there is ineffectual desire to pass stools
whether stools are foul smelling
whether stools are loose, soft or large.
whether you suffer from abdominal gases.
Similar details should be given about your skin instead of saying skin infection.

Since my primary concern at this point is skin infection, If possible lets take it up first and try to resolve it:
Skin infection:
-- It mainly resides on the scalp and chin (in the beard area), it is slowly appearing on chest sometimes.
-- The infection which involve scabs that are small in size around 1mm X 1mm sometimes even smaller.
-- These scabs contain white puss like substance, which is semi-thick in consistency, white to yellowish-white in color.
-- The scabs mostly are extremely itchy, at times very painful, for example, such scab if it would come near a lip would cause it to swell in few hours. Also these scabs on scalp cause big inflammations when they occur on a vein. By the time the scab is ready to burst the pain also decreases.
-- These scabs typically do not last more then 24 hours, they burst open due to thin covering of the skin which continue becoming thin till scab cannot hold the puss and it lets puss out, leaving a red bump behind which slowly goes away without leaving a scar. Sometimes the scab does not burst, it dries down, leaving a honey colored crust which falls off subsequently, leaving a red mark which also fades away.
-- I have observed that no one who has lived with me has ever taken this infection from me, neither friends or family, so sofar it seems to be non-communicable.
-- Last time (5 days after taking Sulphur) when this infection increased I developed low grade fever, muscle pains, heavy head, anxious, taking antibiotics for 1 week, eliminated the above issues, but did not took care of the infection as such, the scabs keep coming back.
In past you suggested that there is no recommendation for me to either take or not-take antibiotics from your side. So I have taken them when situation becomes worst, I feel (could be completely wrong) that antibiotics might provide a temp control while Homeopathy could eliminate it completely, but if you want me to not take antibiotics during the time we try to cure this infection, I can follow that also.

If Calc or Lyc has helped your infection you should reach that remedy by approaching it in a proper sequence. Otherwise i think that you should take Silicea 200c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for 2 days and see how that affects in the next 15-20 days.

I think you gave Calc to stop craving of sugar and Lyc to resolve anxiety. I am not fully sure if Calc or Lyc really helped with the Infection, as I thought Sulphur was meant for infection.
Calc might have stopped my craving of sugar and Lyc actually triggered the panic feeling once again, which I feel after 15 days of taking it seems to be going away.
I want to see how Sulphur or Silicea could help, since I felt that after taking Sulphur the buring of the infectious scabs (or might be whiteheads) was fixed to a great extent, it might be helpful to take one dose again and see what happens?
I want to avoid taking anything that effects brain, mood, personality.

All these three remedies have great anti-miasmatic properties and these remedies deeply affect the patient as a whole. Sulphur is the greatest anti-psoric remedy.
All these remedies influence the local symptoms by acting at a dynamic plane and there is no way that these can influence the local symptoms without acting at a dynamic plane.
Therefore be careful about the repetition and the sequence. But be assured that there may be some proving effects for a while which is not comparable to the external damage done by the side-effects of allopathic medication.
You may repeat Sulphur 200 if that helps. Later you may also take Silicea 200.

I wanted to reach to you to get your opinion on the followup issues which I presented using this thread in 2010..
I still get boils/painful acne on chin, so much that I cannot shave for few days, then it dries and crust comes over it and later fresh ones come back again.
Secondly I still get non-stop ringing in ears, which does not go away 24/7.
Most of the other anxiety/panic attach related symptoms went away, I was diagnosed with pre-Diabetes later and taking medication quickly made a fast relief for myself with numbers getting back to normal quickly (still one meds though).
I also wanted to mention that at some time in past I took Sepia for about 1 month (in early 2010), could man develops symptoms of hormonal imbalance as females after overtaking of a remedy like Sepia?

There is no need to worry about Sepia taken one year back.
It should not have been taken for one month. Only few doses of this remedy are enough to stimulate the vital force.
There is no need to believe that Sepia is an exclusively female remedy.
Sulphur antidotes Sepia and it may also address your tinnitus. Just a single dose of Sulphur 200 should be enough.
