Please take Selenium 6x 4 pellets thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours from next day onwards after taking Thuja. Please ensure that you don't take alcohol on the day you take selenium 6x. Selenium and alcohol are inimical. You may take it upto 15th day and report back.

sir as prescribed i have taken thuja 200 3 doses followed by selenium 6x for about 15 days now....
i m reporting the effects ....
1)the body in my hair has increased but hair fall has increased
2)dandruff is better
3)pain in hair root better
problems persisting:
1)sleep pattern has been distorted and there has been no effect in it by thuja and selenium
i sleep only after 5 am and get up at around 2 pm
i feel very guilty and unhappy due to this distortion
i feel as if wat have i done wrong to have such disgusting lifestyle
2)low self esteem
VERY IMPORTANT
i have my exam on 23 may ie day after tomorrow please help me out as i m loosing confidence /worry/become very fearful/feel sleepy due to fear/lamenting about not preparing as i had planned to prepare.....
please prescribe me something to help me calm out during exam ......or as you think fit ...

Hair
Hair loss in temples and forehead.
Receding hairline.
Graying of hair on
a) head
b) beard chin and mustaches
c) on chest (a few)
d) on pubic hair I saw a few white hair below abdomen
e) density getting thin
f) hair root pain
Get affected by
Contradiction
Any kind of sounds gets startle and anxiety in stomach
Disagreement
Bad News like offering condolences on death or loss of some article or something affecting relationships
Hearing problem of others
If people talk in details I want them to arrive at the facts in conversation quickly
Cannot stand an altercation feel disturbed after it even when I am right.
Disrespectful conversation even when the person means no harm I feel very offended if someone try and bully me even for sake of fun.
Sleep
I do not get sleep at night and remain awake till early morning
I feel sleepy the whole day especially around sunset.
Do not feel fresh in the morning.
First thing I think of on getting up is how far I am behind my schedule and remain irritated the whole day and dont do much about getting on with my studies,,,, it is like I fear the exposure of my faults afraid of facing the situation.
Although I find the smell of tobacco to disagree(may be due to several M dosage of ignatia amara) I still smoke .
Eating Habits
I am very sensitive to quality of oil used for cooking I could get the smell of bad cooking oil if used in any snack.
Similarly any kind of bad ingredient used in cooking I get affected with like bad milk used in tea or even milk powder ,smell of container in which say tea is kept ..also if I take in juice I get acidity but not with shakes also oily food give me acidity
I used to get angry if food was not salted to taste and used to add extra salt but not now.
I am fond of nonveg but not fish
Pain in knees if I sit on floor for too long
When I sit with my back resting against the wall I get pain in my back
I feel stiffness in my back at times in the morning
I get distinct itching on left thigh (without any rashes or physical symptoms)
Fear of
Heights- not downward motion.
Snakes I find them very unpredictable and mysterious
Getting rejected in a relationship (I feel persons I relate with do not find me
Indispensable for lasting relationship)
Keep forgetting names and dates .
Get tired easily when studying (reading)
I loose confidence with the prepared portion if I fail to recall what I have learnt
Feel as if I might fail to live up to crunch situation

Please take Natrum Mur 200c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for only one day (not daily) and report back after 15 days. It should also help with the summer heat.
