dear dr kadwa
i am updating you after abiding with your prescription of arsenicum album
imrpovement
sleep i could sleep by 2 am now earlier 5 am was normal
problems
1.sleep is not refreshing yet
2.hair fall continues
3.teeth enamel is discoloured
4.urine yellow
5.anxiety in stomach like i m feeling hungry
6.little diet makes me feel full (earlier hunger used to persist)
7.feel exhausted after little work
8.little contradiction or disregard of my advice upsets me...i get a feeling that i m not being taken seriously ...this thing unnerves me a lot i get very angry this way.
9.vertical lines on my nails have been showing since long time but they are not ridges
10.i forget names especially and figures and could remember after some days i feel very nervous while talking feel very foolish not to be able to recall names.
sir please allow me to mention that the best mental strength i observed was when i was taking kali phos back in nov 2009 to january 2009
i dont know if i overdosed myself its effect is not there now.
i want to develop mental strength to be able to deal with life in positive way without getting nervous
i feel as if i m loosing my physical well being hair teeth and stamina going down sleep not re freshening.

i m having sticky dandruff
and i get affected by sounds
i cannot tolerate slow persons
ones who talk or work slowly
i feel disgusted when anyone speaks about his or her maladies in front of me i feel very upset with the fact that people are only interested in expressing their problems and not concerned about finding a solution ...i even suggest a few things but when these problems are repeatedly told to me i feel very angry by swan songs i feel miserable at the same time as if i m responsible for everything going wrong around me .

sensitive to all kinds of perfumes even smell of cigarette when i myself m a smoker
i feel lonely for most part of the free time i live alone ...away from my family..yet i m not able to relate with persons i interact with ... i believe i seek relationships which are not possible or may be i can see the selfish end which people try to pursue in the garb of a relationship

i want to add that even afer getting sleep for 8 to 10 hours i feel sleepy during the day specially after meals and later part of the day ..i feel sleepy after heavy breakfast also and can sleep for couple of hours like that .....

If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

4 pellets of kali phos 6x at bed time.

but sir i m concern about two things right now .....
1 i feel sleepy after having LUNCH.
2 i m loosing a lot of hair in forehead i feel very depressed i dont want my hair line to recede but it is receding
sir plz help me out
i want to add something i havent written about before i have warts on the left of base of neck....left arm pit...left edge of navel...and left testicle ....the ones on navel and testicle is small
sir plz do something about my hair i dont wanna loose them
also i want to tell you that i get exhausted by doing very little work
so sir for now if i am not being very impolite please work on my hair /stamina/sleepiness in the afternoon
i still get anxiety in my stomach when i feel a person is not coming to the point directly in a conversation
else my exam related problems are better as i m able to study but here again i need ur help i feel lacking in stamina in handling reading material that is if you can work on my mental strenght as well

it is distinctively in the middle portion of left thigh...last a few minutes no relief with scratching..

i think that you should take Gesemium and Kali Phos on and off at large intervals. There is no need to take Thuja or any other remedy.

i purchased these two remeides ...
but now my probelem is that i was having pain in my right jaw ...it increses when i try to open it ... also it kind of gets locked when i open it fully to know about the functioning
sir as i told you about the charitable homeopathic dipensary i went there to consult the doctor i was given two bottles of granules
1 staphysagria 200
2 Hecla lava+calc.flour 200
sir i was asked to take 3 doses daily but i took 4 doeses in four days
sir the pain is still there
please help me with your advice

Hekla Lava and CALC FLUOR work best in low potency like 6x in such conditions. You may take a dose of Kali Phos 200c when this episode is over and after 10 days you may take Gels. If you suffer from anticipatory anxiety you may take Gels fist and then Kali Phos.
